Really affordable and the place was so clean. Host was super friendly, they even adjusted to tone themselves down, because I was working every night. I had so much inquiries and even bothered them to look for frozen stuff and asked if may available sila na water gallon. But they did it and answered me, amazingly. though, I would recommend to have a dish scrub or sponge. (Nahirapan ako mag hugas hehe) but overall, if you're looking somewhere na peaceful and malayo sa city, it's the place to-go. Plus, nalaman ko na may small 7/11 pala sa street—and pauwi nako nun. huhu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding in Bacolod and had an amazing experience. We had lots of family flying in from different parts of the Philippines and abroad, and this home was the perfect place for us to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. The caretakers—June, Pia, and the rest of the team—were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist with a smile. Venice was also wonderful to communicate with, responding to all my questions promptly and clearly. The property itself is peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful garden, which made it feel like a serene retreat. It was quiet, cozy, and welcoming—we truly felt at home here. My family and I loved our stay at this residence. It is conveniently located on a main road leading to the town of Isabela, but at a perfect walking distance from the town itself (5 mins. or so), affording us privacy to enjoy the home and backyard without curious eyes trying to peek in. We felt very safe in this home. My wife is from Isabela, and this home was the perfect match for us. She hadn't been back home in over 5.5 years, and our only purpose was to stay local so that my in-laws and wife's extended family could finally meet our children. This was definitely small town living at its best, without lacking any of life's comforts. Thank you Renie for having us over. Also, a special thanks to the two local ladies who made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely be staying at this residence again on our next trip to Isabela!

Our stay at the O Residence was amazing. The mall is very close by so you can buy groceries and make dinner at the Airbnb. There was plenty of space for all 3 of us to fit and the amenities such as the pool and gym were a great touch. René was extremely helpful and responsive. Next time I am flying through Bacolod, I will be staying here.

This was my second time booking with John, and once again, everything was great. My mom, brother, and her two kids had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfy, and exactly as described. Stayed at the place for a week and felt at home and cozy while we were working for a documentary film. The place was near a lot of food establishment and conviniently near a place where you could do groceries.

One of the best bnb and host that I’ve experienced. First the location was perfect, walkable to lots of restaurant plus literally infront of a mall and on the ground floor is 711. I appreciate the security measures that the guards on duty is implementing making sure only allowed guests can go in. The host Hanna is super responsive and helpful. She is easy to talk with and I appreciate her allowing me to book last minute and responding to my queries very fast. I will definitely book this bnb again once I go back in Bacolod! I forgot there’s also super nice pool to cool off and beat humidity.

Smooth check-in and unit is easy to find. What I loved the most is that I don't need to bring a unit key with me (no chance of forgetting it!) because the unit is equipped with a smart door lock. Basic toiletries provided, dishwashing liquid, salt and pepper available in the kitchen for those who wants to cook. Ample supply of trash bags and kitchen towels. Love that comfy indoor slippers are also provided. Location is near everything: malls, restaurants, museums etc. Trash collection has also a fixed schedule so no need to bring your trash out somewhere. I enjoyed my stay at Sir Randy's place and will definitely be back on my next Iloilo stay :)

This is my second time staying at Ms. Grace's place and it still did not disappoint. What I really went back for here is its proximity to Festive Walk, making the rest of the city accessible and easy to navigate. The room itself is clean and it really felt like home. I will always book this place whenever I go to Iloilo.

Keren's sanctuary is the best place to book for an accommodation as a first- timer in Bacolod. Her unit was well maintained and the descriptions and good reviews match what we have seen and experienced. Her unit is budget- friendly yet located in a very prime location, close to everything and accessible to everything. We are a family of 3 and we had the best rest, sleep and recovery after every long day following our itinerary during the 4 days and 3 nights exploring Bacolod Talisay and Silay. Don't think twice in booking this unit because it is the best deal here in airbnb. The 2 bedrooms have 2 functioning aircons. The sala/ dining area is spacious enough for 3 people. There were complimentary drinking water bottled in the fridge. The toilet was clean and had tissue rolls, liquid soap shampoo. The kitchen was clean and had utensils. It also had dish soap. Ref was available. The condo had a great view of the lagoon and city street. If ever we'd return, we would book her unit again! TY
