Nea Iraklitsa is a charming small coastal town with its own harbor and a sandy beach stretching about 2 km. The beach starts in the east with a steep, rocky cape. This area is ideal if you prefer a quieter atmosphere, enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling. In the central part of the beach, many restaurants and cafes offer visitors numerous sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation. In the western part, the beach seamlessly transitions into a promenade lined with taverns and beach activities

A studio on the first floor of a two-storey building. Bright and spacious with a large double bed and a new more comfort mattress, two "single-sofa-beds" (Check photos). The house is located in the center of the village, so you can use your feet . All the shops are within walking distance and you may find everything you need for your vacation. The nearest sandy and shallow beach is at 45 meters and Ammolofi is 1.5 km away. IMPORTANT NOTE: "single-sofa-beds" can sleep only children 4-5 years old.

The distance of the closest beach - sandy, shallow with crystal water - is approximately 50 m. and famous Ammolofoi is about 3 km away. In the same building there is a mini market.

I had a wonderful stay at Babis' house! The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to local amenities and just a short drive to some incredible beaches. Ammolofoi Beach, in particular, was our favorite, only a few minutes away by car. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, I highly recommend this place!

Although we had difficulty at first, we found the location comfortably. Our room was extremely clean, tidy and comfortable, just as described. All the items were extremely tasteful and quality selected, as if it were being used for the first time. The view of our room was very nice , it was great for both morning coffee and watching the sun go down. Thank you Sarah for this peaceful perfect holiday...

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful and green garden, a convenient area for barbecuing and outdoor dining, clean rooms and bathrooms – a very cozy place where we felt at home. Pets are welcome and they enjoy the lush greenery. There are good shops for fresh fish, meat, and bakeries nearby (by car).

We had such a nice time in Terra Holiday! We booked the terra holiday 2&3 and we were together with our friends. The house is brand new, very nice interior and it has everything you might need. The pool is amazing and what surprised me the most was the fast internet connection. I was working from Greece and the quality and speed of the internet were beyond great. The host is super sweet, friendly and responsive. The house is situated a bit outside of the center, so it is super quite and peaceful, but you can still have a short walk to all the restaurants and the city beach. 10/10 would recommend!

We liked it very much, I knew what to expect, but it was beyond expectations. The place is dreamy, it's quiet but very close to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, everything clean and everything you could )possibly need (including mosquito reppelers). Tigran and his wife are very friendly and discreet, they helped us with the contact for the pediatrician and some tests from the phramacy. We had a great time, without a doubt, the place located in the woods and decorated with great taste. Thank you, Tigran!
