great apartment in wonderful location, wouldn't change anything. highly recommended

This apartment is impeccable, very modern, clean and spacious for 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and even more. They provided us with complimentary items aswell such as tea, coffee, water, cookies etc Within walking distance, there is a large Mercadona which offers varied, fresh and quality food and a bus stop which takes you to most of the city. The hosts were amazing! Very friendly, provided us with information on how to use appliances, the local area, local metro bus passes and recommendations on places to visit. They responded to any questions we had quickly, they were available throughout our stay and went over and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They provided a cot and toys for our child which she enjoyed. They also helped us find a location to leave our luggage on our last day as we had a late flight. Best Airbnb we have all stayed in. We would highly recommend! 😊

The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy and fully corresponds to the description. Esther is an incredibly attentive host, she gave us very good instructions, both regarding food and attractions. We were able to leave our luggage and also check in early. 100% recommend

The place was as described. Very clean and well-equipped, everything you need for a short stay. The beach is within walking distance, downtown is a little further away, but no problem with metro or bike.

Great apartment in a nice area on the outskirts of Valencia, very close to the lovely beach, and within easy reach of Valencia’s centre & picturesque old town. Marian and Alberto were great hosts, helpful and communicative.

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

It is in a good location to travel to Valencia:) I was able to stay comfortably like at home, and it was convenient during my stay because I had all the necessary supplies. The surroundings were quiet, so it was nice to be able to relax during my stay. I was so grateful that the host kindly welcomed our family.😊

A beautiful apartment in fantastic peaceful location to explore Valencia. Very spacious inside with clean bathrooms and comfy beds. The outdoor space at the back is a beautiful extra too. Mirko is a very responsive host and helped us get checked in. There was a beer each waiting for us in the fridge which was a very thoughtful touch. Thanks for a great stay.

Our experience at Cristian and Minerva's house has been very good. We felt right at home, very comfortable... The house was very clean and cared for, fully equipped, a 10 of 10. Very good location, close to all kinds of services and amenities, accessible beach walking, close to the Albufera and Valencia city... Cristian and Minerva were very friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility when entering and leaving. A place to remember very positively, for everything... Looking forward to repeating again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

Nice appartment, close to the beach. Bus and metro in the close proximity to get you to the city. Great location for a weekend in Valencia.

My friends and I had THE BEST stay here. Our host was amazing and very helpful. The house was clean and had every thing we could need. It was a bit out of the city and semi difficult to get to but worth it for the beach access. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Very nice and clean appartment close to the beach and public transport. Also a lot of restaurants are closeby. Alexandra was very helpfull. We faced some issue with the shower but she solved it. Would recommend 100%

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia in Carmen’s house. It was clean. Communication with Carmen was easy with quick responses. Easy access to the apartment. Good thing we could park in front of the house for free. It is located about 25 minutes walk from the old town.

Belkis's place was lovely, so close to the airport and metro. Lovely balcony and very clean.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We really loved staying at Jana’s condo. It’s in a great neighborhood far enough away from the touristy areas, but close enough to the top sites in Valencia to be able to easily walk around. There’s also a supermarket right across the street that we found very convenient for things like water and sunscreen. Jana was also a very responsive and welcoming host. We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Valencia :)

Functional apartment and very well located. Close to the sea, close to 2 large supermarkets and the swimming pool (everything was within walking distance). Some restaurants near the apartment including the Pep's restaurant with excellent value for money. The pool is very large and supervised. Private underground parking. The apartment is well equipped and the L-shaped terrace allows you to eat and hang out the laundry without worries. The residence is quiet although it is very large. The fruit and vegetable market, twice a week, is right across from the apartment, so no need to stock up and plan too many errands. The seaside resort is very clean, and only Spaniards, we saw very few foreign tourists. There is also a gas station on the corner, as well as a bakery. Maria is very nice, and responds quickly to questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We stayed at Sali's in April/May 2025. The apartment perfectly matches the description. Having known Pobla for several years, I can tell you that the apartment is good. My pluses: sufficient cutlery (it should be noted because this is not always the case in rentals) / apartment with windows on two sides allowing it to be well ventilated / relatively quiet for this time of year / not far from the heart of the city / impeccable appliances / beautiful layout that makes the apartment very pleasant / exchanges with Sali who is hyper responsive and very kind. My cons (to be picky): a very blackout curtain would be a plus in the large bedroom on the street side / lack of mugs for tea / some cracks to fill. We keep the place to always come back to outside high and very high season.
