I stayed for 4 nights with my family at Susana's place. We loved the apartment and the location is great, very close to city center. The rufaza neighborhood is amazing, very lively, with many amazing place to eat/drink. People are nice and welcoming. Susana was a great host, very attentive and responsive in communication. She shared with us a recommendations guide that proved very useful during our stay. Even if at night there is a bar open near the apartment, there was not too much noise. We traveled with a 2 year old and none of us had any difficulty in falling and staying asleep. 😇

Leon and Katie were the absolute best host and hostess that we have yet encountered. They could not do enough for us - a Christmas tree, a small present under the tree, a bottle of white wine, a Christmas card, and a pointsettia plant to brighten the dining area. Toiletries were such a lovely added bonus. The apartment felt totally safe. For a family of four adults and one child, it felt like a home-away-from-home. Leon even allowed an early check-in for a family member who was in Valencia earlier. Everything was as advertised and photos matched the interior. Not one negative comment. GREAT a place to stay!!!

Enrique's apartment is phenomenal. Clean, tidy, with all the necessary utensils to spend a few pleasant days in Valencia. We felt so comfortable. The bed is large and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. By putting some but, the hot water in the shower came out with little pressure. Otherwise everything from ten. Would come back.

We had a great time in Valencia staying at this place over Christmas. It is a great location in the old city. The place is quiet but you are near the centre, the market for food, restaurants and tapas bars, and lots of sights all within walking distance. Lucie is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful, and there is good local information at the flat. The sitting room is light, comfortable and spacious (though note the bedrooms do not have external windows).

The apartment is great, very close to the beach, well communicated, super well taken advantage of the space with a lot of light and good temperature, we had everything we needed in the apartment, they were super friendly with us and quick response, definitely a place to repeat.

Stay in a family place. Tennis court, paddle, pedestrian, pool. Beach a few meters away with private access. An apartment with everything you need for your stay in terms of utensils and linens and bathrooms. Outdoor indoor parking spot right there. Elevator and access to people with disabilities. Smart tv, internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, hob... You don't miss anything from home.

This is a very cozy and comfortable apartment! A magnificent host! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! And everything is done with love! It's like being at home! I would love to come back again and again! Thank you so much, dear Ambrosio!

The place is perfect for us - close to the beach, with enough space for a family (the study turned into a 3rd bedroom), very homely and cosy - it really is a home away from home! But what stood out was Naty and Adonai’s kindness and genuine concern for us, something that is very rare to find in a rental. From the minute we arrived, Naty treated us like family, being so warm especially to my children. We were there during the storm/DANA in Valencia and we felt really safe. A day after the storm, we checked out to go to another destination but encountered difficulty going out of Valencia. Despite not being their problem, Adonai went out of his way to help us find an alternative accommodation, making sure that we were safe and had a place to stay that night. Naty also sent us government warnings and info on road closures to help with our journey. We were so lucky to have met people like them. They embody the true spirit of an airbnb, the human connection and compassion.

This was our first visit to Valencia—what a beautiful city! It’s overwhelming when you’re trying to figure out where to stay. This location was perfect and the accommodations exceeded our expectations! It was conveniently located within walking distance of City of Arts and Sciences surrounded by beautiful green space. Restaurants and shopping close by. Super Market a quick three minute walk! We would definitely come back— if you’re looking for “home away from home” for a small group or family (small children included), this is it!

We had a great time, Merche and mariangeles were always nice and available for any of my questions! Despite the time we went, it's well connected to downtown, even if it's far away. Thanks again for everything ❤️

By far the best Airbnb we had during our three months in Valencia. Unlike many lodging options, Kelly's Torrefiel apartment is beautifully lit, thoughtfully furnished, and really feels like home. The beds are comfortable and the kitchenware is decent—increasingly rare attributes! You're not in the thick of the city center, but you are a block from a grocery store and right on a bus line which can get you to La Xerea in 20 minutes. Kelly is also the ideal Airbnb host, as she is helpful and kind while also giving you your space. If we ever come back, we know where we're staying!

We stayed with 2 small kids for a week and really enjoyed the apartment. Bakery next door, fresh market 3 minutes away and 15 minutes to the historical center. Everything was clean and spacious. Also found a place downside to park the stroller. Jacuzzi was great and the kids enjoyed it. The only downside would be just the poor sound isolation, so you can hear neighbors and every time the garbage truck picks up the garbage.

Everything went perfectly, the apartment was a delight, we felt very welcome, and Javier was the perfect host. he was friendly, helpful and immediately responsive - even when we locked ourselves out on a Saturday night!

An apartment in the very center, perfect. as it is intended for 6 people, more people are already crowded😀. perfect for a group of friends or a family. The kind host welcomed us earlier, which was a big plus, everything explained what we have at our disposal and where to look for.

The Department of Justo was love at first sight and not disappointed. In addition to all the comforts it offers has a piano in the room that for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind to her space, she shares her home and her assets as if her guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. I greeted us with an aperitif upon arrival and was in touch prior to every moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full ban̈os in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. Leaves you beach items, space in their placars. It has filtered water on the faucet that looks like a paved but it greatly solves the daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Science and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that it has a theme of smell when operating the main ban? o but I'm afraid that a general theme of Valencia and not my own)

We had a wonderful time, the location was great and the apartment perfect for a family gathering. The host was very helpful even when we set off the smoke alarm! We would highly recommend this apartment at any time of the year.

We stayed at Anthony's for a week while looking for a longer-term rental. We were inadvertantly dropped off at the wrong address when we arrived. Anthony very kindly tracked us down, helped us with our luggage, and got us checked in. The place is close to everything (restaurants, groceries, etc) you need including the metro station for those who want to go into Valencia. Very good value for the money. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at Alicia's, the apartment was very nice. It is very well equipped and matches all photos. It takes 40 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to Oceanographic and adjoining museums. 15 min to the city center. Really cheap bike rental shop "like bike rent" 5 min away. Metro to the airport less than 15 min walk away. A supermarket "Consum" is 20m away. A great stay, very nice, we recommend it!

The apartment and location are wonderful, exactly where you want to be to enjoy this spectacular city. But what makes it so special is the host, Maria - she is truly Extraordinary and treated us like family. Thanks to her, our gathering over the Holiday was Exceptional! Her advice was very helpful and she went above and beyond in arranging several excursions so our time in Valencia was well spent. We saw incredible sights and had experiences we would have missed otherwise. Maria made it all so easy that all we did was enjoy. Altogether, exceeded expectations in every way, thanks to Maria!
