Herzensempfehlung! ❤️ Javier ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben - sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Es ist alles Wichtige vorhanden und sollte etwas fehlen, besorgt Javier dies sofort. Javier wusste , dass wir mit unserem Baby anreisen und es war alles vorbereitet (Bett, Hochstuhl und sogar Spielzeug). Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die schönen Tage bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! ☀️

Robert’s place is modern, clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the little balcony. Robert was helpful and quick to respond to messages . The apartment is right beside a large shopping centre. Cinema and activities. Walk past that and you come into an old neighbourhood where tapas and drink are much cheaper. It is a good bit outside the centre. We took taxis and it all worked great.

Manuel’s place was great! A good location for the old city and market, and he offered a lot of helpful recommendations! We would stay again :)

A really convenient location to see the sights, go grocery shopping, eat out. The apartment is well furnished, comfortable for up to 8 people as described. I really appreciated finding some basic supplies already in the house - detergents for the washer and dishwasher, shampoo/body wash etc., oil and vinegar, coffee pods etc. We did not have to run out immediately in order to have breakfast or coffee in the AM.

Un excellent petit appartement mais très bien équipé. les contacts, du début à la fin ont été parfait et l'accueil très amical. Une confiance réciproque digne de mention. L'emplacement est très calme, l'immeuble aussi. La possibilité de stationner dans le garage est un énorme plus. Station de tram à 5 minutes à pied. J'ai passé une dizaine de jours et de nuits reposants. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour personne seule ou couple. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi.

Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, urządzone ze smakiem i dużą dbałością o szczegóły, czyste. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wspaniałe patio, wygodne łóżko. Blisko przystanku metra w kierunku lotniska i niedaleko historycznego centrum Walencji. Świetny kontakt z Jessicą. Gorąco polecamy!

Klare und verständliche Ansagen bezüglich Check-in und-out. Sehr schnelle Antworten auf die Fragen. Ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend, da die Möglichkeit bestand, dass wir unser Gepäck nach dem Check-Out noch in Unterkunft lagern konnten. Die Unterkunft sah genau so aus wie auf den jeweiligen Bildern. Außerdem hat man alles, was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, vor Ort. Die Unterkunft ist in einer guten Lage, sie befindet sich zwischen der Innenstadt und der Playa, ein gutes Mittelmaß. Es war alles sauber und man hatte sogar noch eine Wasser im Kühlschrank, welches nach der Ankunft essenziell ist :). Im großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden und den Preis absolut Wert.

Sono stato molto bene in tutti i giorni del mio soggiorno a Valencia, il nostro host Ana è stata molto disponibile sin da subito per qualsiasi cosa e per indicarci come fare il check in che è stato molto comodo e veloce. La zona dell'appartamento è molto tranquilla vicina ai mezzi il che consente di girare Valencia senza problema. L'unico difetto che ho riscontrato è stato trovare 4 scarafaggi morti dentro il mobile in bagno, il che mi fa pensare che non sia stato pulito correttamente, ma al tempo stesso tutto il resto dell'appartamento era in perfette condizioni di pulizia e igiene dalle lenzuola alla cucina. consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo appartamento in quanto la mia esperienza è stata molto piacevole

This place was perfect, looked exactly like the pictures and was immaculate. We loved being near the beach and were able to get anywhere else easily with buses close by. The bus from the train station dropped us right on the corner of the apartment. Someone complained about the hot water, but for us there was plenty of it. We were here for 3 days and highly recommend Milena’s place.

Alles super, gerne wieder. Auch perfekt zum übernachten vor dem Heimflug.

Parel in Pucol, wees er snel bij want dit gaat heel snel heel populair zijn. Rust, privacy, mooi, super verblijf en host is perfect. Wel een auto nodig voor de uitstappen in de buurt. Het verblijf is super lokaal en rustig, hou daar rekening mee / niet alle restaurants zijn steeds open maar met de auto op ca 18 minuten in Valencia centrum. De woning super mooi, zicht super, ontwaken en met een paar passen in zee zwemmen= magnifique. Een voltreffer. MAAR , zoals gemeld, zeker een auto nodig.

Ha sido Ena experiencia increíble, la zona muy tranquila y segura, la propiedad cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar solo tienes que llevar comida, es inmensa ideal para ir con los niños, nuestro viaje de amigos contó con el lugar que necesitábamos para relajarnos, desconectar, compartir y descansar. La barbacoa está ubicada estratégicamente y muy cómoda para usarla. Sin duda alguna no 5 sino 10 estrellas. Seguro que volveremos

Superbe logement très propre et bien décoré, un lit vraiment confortable. Très bien pour profiter de la belle plage, moins bien si on veut visiter la ville car il faut compter 40mn en bus et après 22h30 il reste que le taxi. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait pour le calme et l'accès direct à la plage. Rosana est très serviable et sympathique. Valencia est splendide !!

Fuimos cinco personas para un concierto, Elizabeth fue muy amable cada vez que le preguntaba contestaba rápidamente y nos dió las llaves antes de hora. La casa perfecta, limpia y muy acogedora aunque estuvimos poco tiempo, si volviera por esa zona intentaría volverla a alquilar.

We stayed at Ariadna’s apartment while attending a conference in the nearby Palacio de Congreso. The apartment was incredibly clean and even more spacious than the photos suggested. The kitchen, and apartment in general, was stocked with everything you may need for your stay. Ariadna’s instructions and check in info was very clear, plus nice recommendations for a stay in Valencia. We felt very lucky to have reserved a stay at Ariadna’s home.

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia in Carmen’s house. It was clean. Communication with Carmen was easy with quick responses. Easy access to the apartment. Good thing we could park in front of the house for free. It is located about 25 minutes walk from the old town.

Wir waren einen Tag vor unserem Abflug in der Unterkunft von Belkis. Die Lage ist top, da die Option besteht entweder 10 min zu Fuß zum Flughafen zu gelangen oder man fährt eine Station mit der Metro. Die Metro ist von der Unterkunft gerade mal 3-4 min entfernt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Besonders die schöne große Terrasse hat uns super gefallen. Vor unserem Abflug konnten wir noch ein schönes Frühstück auf der tollen Terrasse genießen. Im allgemeinen hatten wir einen perfekten Aufenthalt und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank, Belkis.

Great location! We’re big walkers, so no problem walking 45 minutes to the aquarium, and 15 minutes to the beach. Washer and dryer were super helpful to have while traveling with our toddler. The place was as described, and they offered a very friendly, in person welcome! Would recommend!

Apartament przestronny i dobrze zlokalizowany. Gospodarz szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Okolica pełna pięknych, kolorowych budynków. Łatwo dostać się z lotniska. Blisko do plaży. Polecam.

Just back from our second stay at Oceans 11 apartment…we had such a lovely experience the first time around and as a returning guest; the second certainly did not disappoint! We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

Appartement très agréable et bien décoré Situé dans un quartier animé avec bars et restaurants à proximité Les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure donc on n’entend pas les bruits de la rue. La terrasse permet de se détendre et de prendre des apéritifs sans aucun vis à vis. Pasqualis est très sympathique et très réactif, toujours prêt à vous aider. Nous avons adoré notre séjour!

Todo perfecto, Frank ha sido muy amable y siempre pendiente. Ubicación fantástica y gran contexto con piscina y campo de golf.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung liegt in super Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Umgebung ist familiär und entspannt, perfekt zum Erholen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Ausstattung: es war wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar Strandstühle, Strandhandtücher und weiteres Equipment waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Patri ist eine wunderbare, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit einer tollen Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum Strand Malvarosa. Lage: Die Wohnung ist fußläufig etwa drei Minuten vom tollen Strand Malvarosa und seiner langen Promenade entfernt. Sie ist super durch Metro, Busanbindung und das Fahrradverleihsystem „Valenbisi“ angebunden. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist exakt so ausgestattet wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und einigen Extras. Sie ist wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Gastgeberin: Patri ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns an der Metro abgeholt hat. Sie ist Gastgeberin von Herzen und wartet in ihrer Wohnung mit vielen Extras, die über das erwartete Maß an eine AirBnB-Wohnung hinausgehen, auf. Patri reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen.
