Absolutely great host! Very responsive, friendly, flexible and overall made sure I was comfortable! I’ve booked two different places with him and he was great for both places! 10/10 recommend! Great service! Beautiful places!

Host was gracious and responsive. Place was modern, clean, very well maintained. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. We stayed with family of all ages, and it was perfect. Children loved the place, and it provided adequate privacy for grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and enjoy socializing in the common space. Conveniently located near Haverford College, grocery store, and in nice neighborhood. Grateful for our stay and if we're in the area we'll likely try to stay here again!

The minute I opened the door to this place, I knew the stay was going to be great. Clean, quiet, clear written instructions. The description is exactly as pictured, a lovely place. Joe & Pat are wonderful hosts, very attentive to their guests. I definitely will be staying again, when going back to Philly.
