Can’t thank you enough, had the best weekend stay and made so many great memories!

Stayed here for the second time with our family of five, including two toddlers and a baby. The house/property is the perfect setup for us! Everything is safe for kids and on one floor. There are things like pack-and-plays, kid dinnerware, kid toys/books, and sand toys provided. The sandy beach is close enough that our monitor reached from the baby’s room during nap time. Our oldest calls it “the little house” and has been talking about it since the last time we stayed here a year ago. It is the perfect little getaway! 🙂

A wonderful weekend getaway! My husband and I stayed at Sophia’s place this past weekend after our wedding and it was exactly what we were hoping for. During our wedding we opted to exchange vows privately, but we didn’t end up reading them to each other until the following day after we had arrived. Who else can say that they exchanged vows while sitting by a cozy fire making s’mores?! Sophia’s home will hold a special place in our hearts. This is a delightful little cottage on the Saco river. It is well kept, clean, and fairly secluded. It has has updated appliances, including a wood-fired pizza oven (with wood provided) and a wood-fired sauna, which were both perks. The river is just on the other side of the dirt road with a makeshift set of rocks for climbing down the bank. We stayed in mid June and the kids played in the river. Our seven year old was able to climb all around the rocks, but our four year old was stuck playing on the bank because the water was moving too fast. At night we were able to open the windows with screens and listen to the sound of the rushing water. It was really nice. This place is definitely a five-star, especially if you are traveling with a pet. The only two things that were bummers for us were the prodigious number of mosquitos and gnats (not much that can be done about that) and the lack of window treatments. Several people drove past slowly and looked in, which was annoying.

This was the perfect family get away that was still close to so many wonderful attractions. The hots were extremely responsive and helpful!

My husband and I had a truly relaxing weekend spending time at the cabin. Lots of space to stretch out and relax by the pellet stove. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Definitely the sort of place worth a repeat visit.

We had the absolute best time at MJ’s place, highly recommend !! The house is spatious yet very cozy and quiet, with a nice back porch to sit and enjoy the surrounding woods! Home is also very close to town and to Poryland/coastline, and the cleanest lake to swim in that we’ve ever been to! MJ was very helpful and quick to respond. Stay here! We hope to return sometime soon!!

Great, cozy cabin. It had all of the amenities, including a nice fire pit. Short walk to the trailhead for Cathedral Ledge and walkable to Echo Lake. The cabin is a short drive to Diana’s Bath and a short drive into North Conway as well. We’d definitely stay there again!

An absolute gem if you want to reconnect with family/nature, relax and unplugg. It was so peaceful and tranquil. my 5 year old son loved being in the loft stargazing at night. we would be sitting in the deck by the firepit for smores and some snacks every night. Truly, one of our best family trips. Kendra is also very responsive.

We had such a lovely and peaceful stay. The cabin is perfectly set back from a little road that has almost no vehicle traffic and offers the most beautiful view. Waking up to enjoy coffee on the deck with loons and bald eagles is truly special. Sunning and paddle boarding off the dock was also a real treat. Everything was very well stocked and easy to use, and all the linens and towels were nice and clean. We definitely had everything we needed. This is a wonderful little cabin and we are so happy we had the opportunity to enjoy it!

Lovely cozy cabin! I went mid-May, which probably isn’t the best time if you want to enjoy local activities. But it is a good time if you want to just relax at the cabin. The host were really nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

This location was absolutely stunning. Host was very responsive and even had a little welcome packet with all the information you would need, including local resteraunt reccomendations!

We had a great stay. Easy check-in. Kat was quick to respond when we had a question. Bridgton itself is a cute town. We would definitely consider another stay here.

We really enjoyed ourselves even on a rainy day, took advantage of the fireplace and campfire. Cute and cozy as described!

This location was absolutely stunning! Brad was incredibly accommodating and even ran over with a high chair after our check out because we had two families with young children. The yard was cute and we loved playing outdoor games in the communal grass area right by the house. The house was very cozy and the perfect space for our families. I wish we stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at the Barnhaus! It was a rainy weekend but loved relaxing next to the fire place stove. Nice big windows lots of light. Everything was nice and clean and welcoming. We went for a really nice walk at the Pondicherry Park very close by would definitely recommend. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. Would love to book again!

My kids and I had a fantastic time. Julie was nice and left very clear instructions for everything that was needed. Great location that put you right in between the ski resorts and the town of Conway, which has lovely shops and food options. Great spot if your an active traveler or if you just want to read in the peace of a beautiful river and hide. Thanks again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ricky’s cabin on Bear Pond! It was peaceful, with beautiful views of the water, and we loved having campfires in the evenings. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway in the Maine woods! Ricky was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We would highly recommend staying here!

What a really beautiful and special place!

Moss Hill Cabin was just what we needed for our first family skiing trip. Paige made sure the heating was on and it was welcoming when we arrived and provided local knowledge on where to eat etc. The house was exactly as described and had everything we could need to ensure our trip was enjoyable. Thanks Paige! Hopefully we will return.
