The appartement was very nice and very quiet. I loved that part of Brussels and it’s very easy to reach the center of the city.

Well thought out and appointed apartment with plenty of space, and a stone’s throw away from the hippodrome and the Forêt de Soignes for great walks/runs. Well connected to the centre of brussels or the european quarter by tram or train

I don't normally write a review, but I want to make an exception for this app. It is a TOP apartment, super clean, spacious, fully meets the description and expectations. Dear Valerie and Andre, my family and I will be happy to come back.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

This apartment is very pleasant and in a very convenient location to the center plaza/market. The kitchen is very well equipped, except maybe for no toaster, that I found. The whole place has a modern and comfortable feel and the small outdoor space is definitely a big plus, as I thoroughly enjoy some fresh air to chill in. I was a little concerned about the bedroom being up front by the street, but there didn't seem to be much traffic, so it was not a problem for me. Parking is a bit challenging, but it's possible to park for free between 6pm and 9am, for a fee other times or for free all the time at a lot that's about a 10 minute walk away. Bathroom is also a nice space, I only wish I had had time to use the tub - guess I'll have to come back! :))

I’m really glad to found Nick’s appartment for previous week. It was much better, than we expected. The location is perfect, you can walk easily to center, you can reach anything with the great transportation opportunitites. There are several coffe shop,restaurant, shop etc in the surrounding. The apparment was really peaceful, you can feel peace, and feel like at home. 4 adult person can share it easily as well. To total plus was Nick’s mentaility, who is super-kind, and totally flexible host. We got proactively recommendations, and could have modified checkin/check out. Thank you for everything! If we come to the city again, we will choose this place again:).

The location was excellent, close to the city centre, and it was easy to walk home from everywhere. Nice apartment, and fits 5 as it says

Joyce was an incredibly friendly, responsive and thoughtful host. Very easily and proactively accommodate a request for an earlier check-in, and replied to messages very fast during our stay. For the host alone, this place would be worth it, but the place itself is also really lovely. Spacious kitchen and living room, and it is really convenient that 3 out of 4 bedrooms have showering facilities. Of notice is indeed that the stairs to get to the apartment are quite narrow, but it was not a problem for us. We had small suitcases and are fit enough to climb stairs. Very close to the train station and a couple of supermarkets nearby. Would definitely stay there again if needed. Thank you Joyce!

Beautiful, large apartment overlooking the river. 4th floor with elevator. We were able to park nearby (free from 5 pm to 9 am). We felt comfortable Serge was always easy to reach, very friendly, gave practical tips. Since we were unfortunately later than 5 pm due to traffic jams, Serge still found a way for us to check in comfortably. Thank you.

Leandro’s flat is very well located and hás everything for a very confortable staying. I would be back!

Anwar's place is a very nice home away from home. Everything you'd need + the terras was a very welcome extra. A (evening) supermarket nearby would have been handy for some drinks etc, but we found one on the way back from dining out.

I had a great stay at the apartment in Luik. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city centre, which made exploring very easy. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Henri is a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was in order. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying at George and Christine's place! Everything was perfect: the apartment was immaculately clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. George and Christine live in the same house which was a big advantage – they were responsive, incredibly friendly and always helpful. As a result, we really didn't miss anything. George and Christine were fantastic hosts – super friendly, accommodating and always reachable if we had any questions or needed help. They have given us many valuable tips for the area, and you can feel how much they do their best to make their guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. We can highly recommend this place. It was the perfect getaway from the city. We stayed here 1 night. Next time will plan better and spend longer. Easy to find. The hot tub is amazing, no nosy neighbours so it is perfect. Really peaceful and beautiful at night as well. Would definitely go again and recommend !

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Dominique is a great host, always available, welcoming and warm. The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need and very clean!

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

Second time we've been there, everything went very well. Stove on for check-in. We enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to see you soon.
