Very happy with the accommodation, it is in a quiet area, you can park easily, supermarket next door and it has a bus stop very close, the apartment was very clean and the owners left us snacks, food and drinks and a gift for the kids, as I said, but very happy with this accommodation

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

Without a doubt, it was the best apartment we've ever been to. With large storage capacity and all the appliances impeccable, very new. The terrace is great! The bed is comfortable, which is highly valued, with a high-power hairdryer. The location of the apartment is perfect, you have everything at hand, supermarkets, market, bars… the apartment is large and very nice, but above all very clean. Unbeatable value for money! They have touches like a kit so that your pet has a place to drink and eat with its own towel, as☺️ well as other touches!! The 2 TVs are an added bonus and with many channels. They made us feel right at home, and we owe them our thanks for all the attention and kindness they gave us. Always ready to assist us. I definitely recommend it 100%. We loved Oviedo, we'll stay with them again when we come back!! It has been a pleasure !!

The accommodation was great in every way. We have absolutely no complaints about the place. Maria is a super friendly and charming person. She's really just right. You can tell that she takes great care of everything and that she cares about the tenants' stay. Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

David is an excellent host. We arrived later than the agreed time and not only did he NOT have any problems, but he offered us all the amenities in the world. At check-out, since I didn't have any pending check-ins, he offered to let us leave at any time we wanted. He was always available and answered messages very quickly. He advised us on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great, everything too. I recommend it!

The apartment is very nice, the best thing is the terrace (in our case, having a pet helped us a lot so that he could run and also enjoy the apartment), everything was impeccable and the interaction with Agustín was phenomenal, very attentive all the time. We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were with a baby and they left us a crib and things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to get around to explore the area. They have ample parking.

We had a pleasant stay in Laura's charming accommodation. The accommodation is in a great location, close to many tourist spots. Laura is very good at giving advice!!

Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible. Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. We stayed here for four months, and it was the best rental experience we've ever had. If you want to see the incredible landscapes of Llanes, this apartment is in the perfect location to explore them. It’s very safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved absolutely everything about our stay!

The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints
