Very good value for money. The accommodation has all the necessary functional amenities. The house is very cozy and the location superb. Morning views of the peñas give incredible peace. The area has many possibilities of plans of all kinds of plans of nature.

The experience was amazing. The apartment is beautiful, in a downtown and quiet area, it was very clean and everything was very comfortable. I went with my parents since I had an eye operation and Noemí was very attentive, close and kind, and they were all very helpful. He was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. If I go back to Oviedo, I'll repeat for sure because the apartment was amazing and the experience was great. The decor is amazing!!! Wow, I have no complaints, not one, one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in!

Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

Our stay was very comfortable and Rafa was an excellent host. The house is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed it in the large garden and terrace it has. With everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a super quiet area and very well located, easy to park. I 100% recommend Rafa's house and we will definitely choose it on our next visit to Asturias, Thank you Rafa for welcoming us into your wonderful house

The house is very cozy and has everything we needed. Everything is new and works very well. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and very pretty. Verónica was very nice and helped with everything. I would go back at any time.

We were a group of 11 people and we were very comfortable, the house was very clean and spacious, for each family we had almost our own bathroom, there were 4 bathrooms. The owners are very attentive and helpful, and the area where it is located is close to the village and the descent of the Sella, Arriondas, Cangas and beautiful tourist sites to see. To be repeated without hesitation.

The house is very spacious , cozy and perfectly equipped. Susana welcomed us with the fireplace and lots of kindness. Perfect for families with children (games, garden, swing...) and it is very easy to access hiking trails with spectacular views. Very warm house, comfortable beds and lots of space ! Amazing, the place is exactly as described, in a good area of Oviedo, next to the bus station and Renfe. Very comfortable, it has all the amenities, Laura and her mother were very attentive, thank you very much!

We stayed for a month and are happy with everything) The windows face the sunny side, the apartment is cozy, like home. It's quiet at night, it's comfortable to sleep in silence. Great location, 15 minutes' walk to Slavianka store, 16 minutes to the sea. Angela is a very responsive, kind person, the atmosphere in the house is kind)

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

A spectacular apartment, comfortable, everything new, all the amenities you can imagine. Mariam is a pleasant woman, they left us breakfast for the entire stay, sweets and cookies for the children. If I go back to Oviedo, I'll go back to Benjamin's.

Everything was perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Great detail to have what you need for breakfast. A place that makes it easy for you to get to know the area because it is well connected. Luis very kind and helpful. Totally satisfactory cleanliness. A good fit for the stay. I usually go on getaways to the nearby area of Boñar, so I'll repeat my stay some other time.

David is an excellent host. We arrived later than the agreed time and not only did he NOT have any problems, but he offered us all the amenities in the world. At check-out, since I didn't have any pending check-ins, he offered to let us leave at any time we wanted. He was always available and answered messages very quickly. He advised us on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great, everything too. I recommend it!

We loved our short stay in Vis, it’s a beautiful village up in the hills and close to many hikes and good local restaurants. Jenny was the perfect host - friendly, helpful and the breakfasts and dinner were excellent, full of fresh ingredients. Skip the border collie who kept an eye on us and joined us on the terrace was a bonus! We were sad to leave.

I had a lovely time at Repelao. I stayed for 4 nights in this peaceful location. The best thing was having a restaurant in the same building with really good food. I came with my bike and there's so much to do if you're an outdoorsy person.

The village house is located in an incredible natural setting. It's very clean, the rooms are simple but comfortable. Hearty and very tasty breakfasts. And best of all, the hosts: Miguel Angel and Julia make you feel at home. They are very friendly and attentive to any need you may have. Thank you for everything. Both my daughter and I were very comfortable in your beautiful home.

Wonderful stay, in a renovated Asturian house and decorated down to the last detail. The common areas such as the living room or other rooms are cozy and comfortable and invite you to enjoy them. Entering the room is to think about relaxation, with everything you need, the mattress and super comfortable pillows. Finally, the buffet breakfast with 100% natural products and homemade items is worth noting. Elena is very nice, treats you with care and delicacy and transmits a sense of peace. We will definitely be back. It's one of those places you should visit! Totally recommended 💯

We were very comfortable at Laura's house. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a large wardrobe and sideboard for clothes. The private bathroom is a luxury. Breakfast is ideal to start the day. Laura has two kittens who are adorable and curious, we loved having them around during our stay. Laura is a great person, very kind, with whom we had long and interesting conversations. I highly recommend her place.

Excellent Hospitality and Stay! From the minute we arrived we knew we had to extend our stay! And so we did. Javier and Elena are amazing hosts. Each day after serving us a scrumptious breakfast they would actively engage to help us curate our adventure for the day. Depending on the difficulty level we were willing to engage in, they had a suggestion / plan for everything. The stay and comfort is better than in the pictures. The view from the room was rejuvenating on its own. This place is definitely one for keeps and repeat visits!
