The large - really very well appointed - kitchen and the large dining and living room was really beautiful. Very nice bright, and with a nice view of the garden and the lake behind. Also from the large table on the terrace you have a great view of the beautiful garden - even with a small pool - and of course view of the lake. You can really feel comfortable in the house. It is a really very nice and quiet location. The access to the lake is possible via a short path through a gate (key is included). There is a lot of nature or even the small stand to discover by bike or on foot. We enjoyed it very much, and we could be active and also relax well. We would come back in a heartbeat if we go back to this area.

Great place! Clean, spacious, perfect for family reunions. Outside area is beautiful, lots things to do with kids. Had everything that we needed and even more. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for stay.

We stayed over the Christmas holidays and felt right at home. The host had taken care of tasteful seasonal decorations and even a Christmas tree! The house was very clean, the kitchen and amenities left nothing to be desired, and the location was peaceful and tranquil. It was a great base for trips to Krakow and other cities. All in all, an excellent experience.

We were guests for a week during winter holidays. The place is located in a very picturesque, quiet and peaceful area. Agata was waiting for us to arrive, helped us get acquainted with the cottage, sauna and hot tub. The sauna and hot tub made it even at negative temperatures. The cottage is cozy, nice style, and very clean. Peace, quiet - we were able to relax. We'd love to come back someday.

Very near to the center, the comunication with host was really nice, reccomended if you want to visit Katowice.

The communication with the host was top notch - friendly, quick to respond to messages. The most beautiful were the views from the window and the surrounding area, and the cottage looked just like the photos. It was a bit uncomfortable that the owner lives (I think?) in the same backyard as the house for rent, so we were surprised in the morning, but the communication with him and the coziness of the place definitely won. Particularly while we notified him of the ant problem, and after a short time, the preparation to get rid of them was waiting on the table in front of the door. I highly recommend it.

We are eally like to living here. Well equipped and clean apartament. The tram and a bus stop within 5 minutes, so you can go very easily to the cinty centre. And Katarzyna is really helpful, and a nice owner. She gave us a gift, when we arrived the apartament. I recommended for everyone!

It was very nice staying in Katowice. Everything in the apartment was just like the photos. The communication with Krystyna was very smooth. The keys to the apartment can be picked up from the mailbox. Near the apartment there is a train station, which makes it very easy to communicate with the center. Everything was in good order. I can honestly recommend staying here.

What an amazing place to stay, loved everything about it! Located in very peaceful area, surrounded by nature. It was so easy to communicate with Katarzyna, she’s very friendly and responsive host. Totally recommend this place to anybody and definitely gonna visit again :)

Magdalena was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host! The house was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos, and the peaceful, quiet setting was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our dogs absolutely loved the spacious backyard, and we appreciated how dog-friendly the property was. Another big plus is the train station just 8 minutes away, making it super easy to get into Krakow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next time we visit. Highly recommend!
