An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

The exterior of the guest suite features a charming grey facade with white trim and a welcoming porch. Hanging ferns adorn the porch, complemented by an American flag. A bicycle rests nearby on a stone pathway surrounded by lush greenery.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Private Entrance 1 Bedroom Suite! 7 min to beach!

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Also a washing machine and a very small dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

The property is absolutely beautiful and is furnished with a very cozy, homey, shabby chic meets beach cottage feel and it makes you feel right at home. The modern kitchen has everything you could ever need, the bedrooms are nicely appointed with bamboo sheets and fluffy comforters. The living room is comfortable and has all the modern technology (if you need to stay connected). But it was the view that was what wowed us the most. From inside the cottage, to the comfortable back deck, to dock, the view as spectacular and we enjoyed it so much. Joanna was very responsive to the questions that we had and was a lovely host. We will definitely be making a return to the property.

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

Kati’s place was really great for my families short beach trip. Her place was very clean and organized. She supplied described amenities and then some! Her backyard is beautiful and my 4 year old enjoyed smelling the flowers and swinging. Kati was easy to communicate with and gave crystal clear instructions for check in and check out.

A spacious deck features wooden flooring and ample natural light, providing views through large glass doors. Wooden shingles accentuate the exterior walls, while the surrounding natural landscape is visible, enhancing the sense of outdoor living.

Amber was so responsive! We had pretty bad weather and she tried her best to offer alternatives for us, which we appreciate very much. The house has an amazing view and we enjoyed hanging out on the dock (while dodging raindrops) and spending time with our family!

We stayed at this Airbnb for three days and had a wonderful experience! The place was super clean, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. One of the nicest surprises was how kind the neighbors were someone even left a note on our car to let us know we’d accidentally left a light on. It really added a personal touch and made us feel cared for. The location was great too only about 20 minutes from the beach and a waterpark, Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Wilmington!

10/10 No Notes! Restored Hope! Amazing stay at this Wilmington home! I spoke to Cole before booking and told her my concerns with previous stays with Airbnb. She was very responsive and calmed all nervousness for the stay. The house is beautiful, spacious, AND CLEAN! Cole answered all questions quickly and gave great recommendations for the area when asked. My family and I WILL book again and again. Thanks again Cole for everything!
