The apartment is so close to the water that you don't have to put on your shoes to get to the beach. It is located in the Tamani compound and is behind four beach houses but has easy access to the pool and the beach. There is currently construction in the compound next to ours and the noise levels are erratic. The Sails Seafood Restaurant is next door. Access to other restaurants and shops are within a short tuk tuk ride. Fishermen visit daily with fresh fish that the chef will cook for you.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly and above all private place. The compound exists of two villa's. Aziza, Novaa and main-house Sandonna. The villas each have their own personal terrace with plunge pool. The cushy estate is centred by a large swimming pool which can be used by our guest.

We lived our stay at the White House cottage. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to return. We are a family of four and it was perfect. The staff was so warm and helpful. Definitely hire the local chef recommendation. We had delicious food in the convenience of our own veranda looking at the ocean. The location right on the beach with the private, expansive grounds was perfect. The house has incredible views and is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend. If you have a big group, try to rent the White House next door and have an amazing holiday with family or friends.

A huge thank you to Christine and her team at the Swimming Ostrich. A really beautiful place - very clean, orderly, Green and private. My 5 year old enjoyed the pool which is well maintained and cleaned daily. The caretaker Phidellis, cleaner Mariam and the taxi driver Maurice are so kind and helpful. I loved the house, orderly, clean, rules are clear and the Beds are sooo cosy. My family and I had a great time!

I had the pleasure of staying at Cocos Paradise in Diani, and it truly lived up to its name! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the peaceful atmosphere and lush, tropical surroundings. It's the perfect getaway if you're looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Kenyan coast. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved waking up to the sounds of birds and swaying palm trees. The garden is beautifully kept and offers plenty of space to relax and even kids to play. What really stood out to me was the hospitality , the host & staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They made our stay feel personal and welcoming. From arranging transport, giving local tips, or just checking in to see if we needed anything, the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Cocos Paradise as quiet, charming, & affordable spot in Diani,. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What a gorgeous place. If you’re an animal lover, this is the best place to be in the Diani area. Monkeys everywhere on the veranda, in the garden, by the pool! Gorgeous birds. Starfish island nearby. Adequate snorkeling. I was initially worried because the Honeymoon Tent seemed like a better choice online, but to us, Ocean View villa has the most to offer of the properties on the compound! Lovely as a couple or for a group you know intimately (the rooms are quite porous if sharing the home). Mike was incredibly helpful and flexible, with an incredible life story. Martin our chef was warm and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely come back again. PS would recommend ordering the shopping ahead of time, can be a bit hectic to do it on the night of your arrival.

Perfect place for our working/family holiday in Diani. Clean, comfy and a good location. The guest pass to the Diani Reef Hotel opposite was a massive bonus and definitely made our stay with easy access to a pool, drinks and food. The apartment was kept clean with the friendly housekeeper Beatrice coming every other day to refresh towels and linen and clean the place for us. Beds were comfy (and I’m fussy!) and we had all the amenities in the apartment that we needed. Hosts were always quick to respond and resolve any issues very quickly, really happy with the level of service. Two things worth knowing: we visited in the cooler season but coming from the UK, we definitely needed to pay the surcharge the air con (at $25 per night). There’s also a couple of flights of stairs up to the apartment. Absolutely fine for us as a family but may be important to know for anyone with limited mobility. Overall, very happy guests, would stay here again happily :)
