House is absolutely amazing. It’s spotlessly clean and you do really feel like it’s a home away from home. The ‘pub’ part of the house is brilliant - so much fun. Wished we had booked for more than 1 night, whole family loved it. Caroline was a wonderful 5 star host too! Would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a great week at Sandra’s , the property is quirky and filled with interesting furnishings! Kitchen is well equipped. However we all agreed the outside would benefit greatly from a bit of TLC. The picnic benches in particular! The house is surrounded on 3 sides by extremely tall conifers blocking out the sunshine especially late afternoon, early evening and in the mornings as well as the views!!! This also made the house very dark inside. Our attempts to find the picnic bench up on the hill were in vain, but we learned from our host during the week that it was no longer there. Louie the Labrador enjoyed his early morning walk up on the hill each day.

Wilma’s place was great. Exactly as set out. The apartment is modern and has everything you need. Added bonus for us was a fenced off garden for the dog. Friendly pub next doo and amenities nearby. Incredibly easy to get to St Andrews and lots of other places and activities. Would highly recommend.

Usman is wonderful, very responsive. The house was clean and generally comfortable. The kitchen was equipped, but some of the cookware (like the frying pan) was quite old and had many scratches — it could use an update. I can’t comment on the location in terms of walking or public transport since I drove everywhere, but it worked well for my needs. Recommended

Large beautiful house on a quiet estate. Lovely large garden and hot tub. Clean and rooms decorated and furnished to a high quality. Loved the electric bin! Host extremely helpful and responsive

Charming one night stay after getting in late from the airport!

Spotless, modern, well equipped place. Spacious for 6 people. Great location near beach, and within 15 minute walk of town centre. Nadine was responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay, and I would definitely consider staying again!

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Jon was so helpful for our stay. He provided plenty of great recommendations and information about the area. Check in was easy and his place was cozy and perfect for a family. Would stay here again!

A “ Home from Home” experience with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bathrooms, living room well designed as part of kitchen area. Excellent communication from host and lovely access to Coastal path.

Great little flat located in Stockbridge, quiet and relaxing. Close enough to get into Edinburgh town for sightseeing. Flat was lovely, clean, great size and well furnished. Would recommend to friends/family for future tips. Thanks Ruth.

Overall, everything was fine. The place is bit small but we enjoyed the cozy neighbourhood!

The accommodation had everything that made us feel right at home. Having private patio is a great plus. The location is within walking distance from city centre and close to convenience store for stocking up on self-catering items.

Jay was an amazing host. Communication was so clear throughout and we felt Jay was always there should we need anything The apartment was just perfect. Clean and spotless throughout with all the amenities we needed. Quiet location with easy public transport access into Edinburgh Lovely pub across the road Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a great place to stay whilst in Edinburgh.

This was a perfect place for us to stay which was 3 couples. It was in close proximity for walking to many of Edinburgh’s many sights. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing I would suggest to a new renter, is when keying in on Maps is to use both STREET & LANE as our host has it listed. This was our problem, not the hosts. The patio was very nice to sit out and enjoy the neighborhood. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would stay in this BnB again.

Great stay. There isn’t anything that hasn’t been thought of. Incredible value for money. Would be my go to accommodation if I return to the area. Particularly good location if attending weddings at the Cow Shed a short walk away.

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

We loved our stay! The Flat is beautiful and just as advertised. Samantha left instructions on how to best use the washer and dryer which is big for us since they're very different in the US. A beautiful walk up the hill to all the main attractions as well as 2 or 3 grocery stores a short walk. Restaurants were close and easy to find variety. We parked free over the weekend. We were able to walk to and from the car rental. It's a quiet location so everyone slept well. Samantha was very responsive with any questions we had. I highly recommend a stay!

This is a lovely place to stay with amazing views over the water. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We were able to park outside no problem and took a bus in to Dundee for the day- there is a bus stop on the street. Would love to come back on a sunny day and sit outside in the garden and look out to the water. There are a lot of steps to the property and in the back garden so probably would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues but for us it was great.

This is a lovely condo in a really beautiful location on the Fife coastal path. We really enjoyed relaxing here after a busy wedding weekend in St Andrews, and we wished we could have stayed more than just one night. Probably the cleanest airbnb I have ever been to. Karen was kind enough to let us check out late. We are already hoping to return!

We loved the rooftop deck! We were traveling with our infant, so was very valuable to have a nice place to relax while he slept. We were lucky to have sunny weather most of our trip. The place is very clean. Host was very responsive - thank you, Lloyd! Location easy for exploring Edinburgh. FYI It is quite noisy until 11 pm at night in the neighborhood - so bring your sound machine if you go to bed early with a baby :) Not a problem at all - just a helpful tip!

This home was beautiful! The hosts were very friendly and communicative. Our party of 8 stayed for a few nights while on vacation. The rooftop balcony was a special treat, and we utilized that space daily during our stay. We were walking distance from many shops and cafes, as well as some art galleries and a board game store, which fit our family dynamic perfectly. As a note, while the listing is clear that this is a top-floor flat, we were still a bit unprepared for how many stairs there are to reach the flat itself (40+). The spiral staircase to the top floor (with the balcony) is also very rickety, although you can reach the top floor by the main apartment staircase. If stairs are an issue for anyone in your party, or you have a lot of luggage, this is a bit of a hike. Overall, we had a great experience in this apartment, and recommend it to others who are looking to visit Edinburgh.

Kornelia’s place is beautiful and peaceful and I would definitely recommend it to others. It is modern, has great amenities, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Kornelia includes lots of little extras like bread, milk, chips and every spice you can think of! It is very handy having a washing machine and a dryer too. It was 100% accurately described and the location was excellent. It was an easy walk into the city but if you prefer, the bus stop is just around the corner. Kornelia was a responsive host and we appreciated her checking in to see if we had arrived safely. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Kornelia’s flat. It is definitely one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at Rosie’s place. She is incredibly kind and lovely host. Rosie provided us with some amazing goodies from the local area upon our arrival. The flat itself is very homely and cosy and a very short walk into Peebles with all of the independent shops, bakeries and cafes. Milne and Pickles was a highlight. A perfect place to stay with easy access to Edinburgh. We loved everything about our stay and we’d definitely return in the future. Thank you Rosie for hosting us.
