From the terrace there is a wonderful 180° view of the church and surrounding mountains (Sauwand, Triebein, Zellerhut, Gemeindealpe, Ötscher). Behind the house, there is an adjoining meadow and forest. Distance to the basilica is about 300 m. The center, shopping and the elevator are within walking distance. A wide range of leisure activities. A floor of the house is rented out, including terrace with southwest view, breakfast area and beach chair for your own use. Parking below the house is free of charge. Artist accommodation.

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. Through the beautiful large linden trees and open views to the mountains, you feel completely secluded, even though the village of Mürzsteg is quite close. Two sleeping options in the living room on the pull-out couch. Two sleeping options on the first floor. The bedroom is only accessible via ladder or from outside, see photos. This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
