James was a incredible host! Very kind and gentle, gave me an incredible experience at his place. The place is in the best neighborhood of NYC. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, cityscapes and more. Few blocks from Highline Park. The apartment is very silent and perfect for a good night of sleeping. Really recomend.

Excellent flat for a city break. Easy access to the subway and amenities. Friendly doormen and quiet neighbours. A great place.

I had an amazing stay here! The apartment felt very spacious and came with everything I needed for a long-term stay, and the location was great too. Overall it was very comfortable and conveient, and I would definitely stay here again.

What can I say about Thikshan and V which hasn’t already been said - what EXCELLENT hosts, to the extent that when I casually asked where the ironing board was he bought and sent me one immediately from Amazon ! As another reviewer mentioned, perfect blend of price, quality and location ratio for Manhattan. Location ideal between upper and lower Manhattan, short walk from the 6 subway in a quiet peaceful street. Will most definitely stay here next time - thanks Thikshan & V !
