This space is perfect for 2 people looking to enjoy the wine, food, and charm that Murphys offers- all on foot- but also offers a retreat from the noise at the end of the day as it is tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Because our street is tranquil, if you are a loud & rowdy explorer (partier) this refuge is not for you.

This house also makes the perfect home base from which to visit local Calaveras caverns, and parks such as Big Trees State Park and Stanislaus National Forest. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft from room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft.
