Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Münchenstein

We had a wonderful time with Daniel and Martin. Everything was perfect - and so we could fully enjoy our little break from the first minute of our arrival. A cozy home with fireplace, sauna, a nice little garden and a great view, a beautiful landscape and hiking trails right outside the front door. The apartment has everything it needs to feel at home immediately. Everything is very tasteful and very lovingly furnished, everything is very clean and well maintained. A big thank you to Martin and Daniel for the uncomplicated communication, the very warm welcome and the many useful pieces of information and tips. A big thank you but also for the very delicious stone oven bread. This is pure hospitality! We are very much looking forward to our next visit with Martin and Daniel, two wonderful hosts.

Beautiful house with a grande view of Sankt Blasien and the dome. We were there with 9 people, had more than the space we needed in a cosy house with places to join as a group as wel as places to be by oneself. Very well equipped. Good beds. We had a great time. We all would love to come back.

Just like the last time we were here, it was a very good stay. Good reception, fast communication and everything very neat.

We had a lovely stay! The house is beautiful, clean and equipped with all the basics – really very nice and comfortable. We felt right at home there. Good to know: although the house is indicated as "private house", it is only the upper house. Downstairs is an office where the owner works during the day. For us, this was no problem, but it's helpful to know if you expect complete privacy. The garden is large and beautiful, but due to the many cow flavors was free to play there a little less practical. You walk right into the forest from the garden and encounter a waterfall, really the most beautiful morning walk together with your dog. For us, it was a great place: we were able to train with our young dog on responding to stimuli, because there are regular people walking around the house – ideal for socialization. All in all: a fantastic house in a beautiful area, we had a fantastic week!

Everything was great: friendly and helpful hosts and a beautiful cottage in a quiet, idyllic location. We enjoyed the time very much, made interesting excursions in the region (lake Kruth, waterfall Heidenbad, Parc de Wesserling). Just right for anyone looking for nature and relaxation and at the same time want to stay in a great chalet. We definitely recommend!

Very spacious, clean and as described. We had a pleasant stay with the family and were able to enjoy the surroundings (skiing, hiking, walks, ...)

For our group of 8 people, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the shared space. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and provided all cooking necessities. The host was responsive and friendly. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The area included a cute town, lots of nearby hiking, and we enjoyed the mountain coaster! A quaint & cozy stay in the Black Forest!

We had a pleasant stay. The communication in advance was uncomplicated, the quiet and natural location of the house was a dream. We were positively surprised in particular by the kitchen, which was really very well equipped, so we would not have had to bring a hand mixer ourselves, for example. Klaus was extremely helpful to us, for that again a big thank you!

Benjamin responded super quickly, and had great ideas for cycling. The apartment is quietly located, super cozy and well equipped. Hiking, cycling or excursions in the Black Forest were very easy to plan and carry out from here. We felt very comfortable!

Cornelia and her husband are very accommodating, friendly and flexible. The apartment and the garden are equipped with loving details (fresh eggs in the fridge, solar wind light on the terrace, shampoo and shower gel samples in the bathroom,... ). If we're in the corner again, we'd love to come back!

Great place to stay when you are in the area!

We felt very comfortable. The living room is like the many books and the fireplace of a cozy library. On the terrace you can relax wonderfully, enjoy the evening sun and the peace and look into the mountains. In the kitchen there is everything. Everything has its place here and it is very clean and tidy. The owners live just below the apartment. This allowed us to get in touch directly with questions. Very dear people! Very nice atmosphere, we felt right at home. The host was very friendly and helpful. The garden is beautiful and the surroundings just like that. It's a wonderful way to unwind In short, highly recommended.

I recommend this place. We were 5 adults and 1 child. Baby cot was available. There is also a gym that we unfortunately did not use as we were only there for 2 nights. House was clean and new and there was everything we needed. Check-in instructions came the day before, and more information followed during the stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this vacation home! The covered and heated pool was ideal, especially during the fresh days in April. For the evenings, the pool table offered plenty of conviviality. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, making cooking a pleasure. The location is also perfect: a supermarket and a bakery are nearby, ideal for fresh groceries. The surroundings are magnificent and perfect for beautiful walks.

We traveled with our two little girls (1&3) plus my in-laws. It was such a blessing for us parents to not bring bags of toys and kids stuff. There where many books, toys etc. for our girls. They also loved just laying on the net and read their books. It’s such a cosy place to stay. There is also lots of space to have your introverted time. We where also very well taken care of and had always someone to cantact if we needed help. We sure will be back. Thanks for everything.

very pleasant stay at Emmanuel's. the house is large, functional and perfect for our family of 8. It perfectly matches the description, except for the "2nd bathroom" which is only a toilet and shower, and not a real bathroom. the location is very quiet,and is ideal for visiting the area. Emmanuel gave us all the instructions we needed.

We spent the Easter holidays as a family, 7 adults, in the Retreat Lodge Schürmatt. From the beginning, we were thrilled with the decor, location, and amenities. Everything, really everything, was available. Every day we cooked together and all the accessories were available and in very good condition. The view of the Swiss Alps, at different times of the day and weather conditions, is beautiful. The circling, calling kites in the air are a fascinating spectacle for the eyes and ears. The garden invites you to linger and enjoy. Whether sun or shade, there is a pretty place for everyone with matching garden furniture. In the house, too, everyone will find their favorite place to feel good, rest, read, play, enjoy. We all loved it. We'd love to come back. Thanks, Vinzenz!

The place is an absolute feel-good place! The entire process from booking to the stay itself was easy and hassle-free, and the host was always available. Even with the equipment, there is nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend it, would be happy to come back.

There were 12 of us in the accommodation, we never felt cramped. Everyone has their own room and privacy, which is a real plus! On cooler days we were able to enjoy the basement with ping-pong table, pool table, foosball and the big plus, the jacuzzi and sauna! Very nice mountain views and very nice garden. We recommend this place for holidays for families or groups of friends. Nice area!
