Nicely decorated apartment in a great location. It has everything you need- especially if you have a kid, there was a step stool, plastic cups and plates etc which made things easy and stress-free. Super close to the lake and walkable to many amenities. We had a lovely relaxing time!

The entire process was straightforward and well organized. The communication was always friendly and clear, the lockbox check-in instructions easy and understandable. Located in a beautiful, peaceful setting – ideal for a relaxing break. Highly recommended!

Zuzana's place is really something something special. In the middle of the forest, a bit enchanted in a beautiful old stone house. The apartment is likeable and authentically furnished and was absolutely sufficient for our family (2 adults and 2 children). In the house and in its own garden there are a bit of toys for the children and Zuzana was always friendly and approachable. Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable. Zuzana for the lovely stay. We will come back and enjoy the tranquility in this beautiful spot of earth. A small note because it is sometimes important to us: WiFi and also mobile network are difficult and slow in the apartment - working would not have been possible here. Fortunately, we did not want/did not have to do this time🙂.

Great apartment by the lake. We spent two nights. Everything worked out great. Unfortunately, not much is going on in the month of February/March, but it's still fun!

Beautifully spacious and bright apartment in downtown Lipno! Close to the water and other activities. The apartment was clean and equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended!

Had a very nice week in this nice cottage with our family! There was no outdoor shower but there was a sauna and nice jacuzzi. Recommended!

The place is in a nice and accessible location. Nearby is the sandy beach of Windy Point, where various events take place, and in the evening you can enjoy a nice time at the bar. Still, we were not disturbed by anything at the apartment. The place itself is spacious enough for multiple people and has a separate entrance, which is a big advantage. Each apartment has a separate seating area with a grill. It's a great deal with the owner. We'd love to come back to this place.

We had a super nice turn of the year in the house. As a group of 5 adults and a toddler, everything was really perfect. The few meters to the lake are worthwhile several times a day, even in winter. The lake was completely frozen and a highlight for everyone in the sun. Many restaurants are closed in the area in the winter time, as there is no high season to plan with. A trip to Cesky Krumlov is worthwhile in any season, wonderful little town where there is a lot to discover. The house has everything you need, discover the surroundings during the day in the sun and relax in front of the wood stove in the evening. Highly recommended!!

Overall, we were very satisfied and had everything we needed. Great equipment with 2 bathrooms, additional toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, grill, parking space,... Check-in was hassle-free and earlier, communication with Peter was great, he was always available. The house is in 2nd row to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 3 small points with potential for improvement: the barbecue was unfortunately not clean at all, the apartment was very cold when we arrived (13 degrees) and the lawn could have been mowed before arrival. Otherwise everything is great and definitely recommended.

The place was lovely, the location very quiet. For people who need their peace and quiet, the ideal place.
