The house is pleasant and in a good location for activities in the area (Baumwipfeldpfad, Karlsruhe,...). Stephan was very responsive and our stay went very well. Please note that it is necessary to allow a half day of laundry detergent if you are 4 + (sheets and towels) before your departure.

Very spacious and well-maintained accommodation even if not modern. We had a comfortable stay.

Beautiful accommodation, with breathtaking views, in a quiet and peaceful environment. Very clean accommodation, with lingerie and sufficient sheets and all types of accessories at our disposal (games etc.). Host present upon arrival, warm welcome with explanations and advice. Available and responsive. Anyway, we'll come back and recommend this place 100 percent!

This place was very clean and had great amenities

We stayed with the whole family on our way to France. It was very nice and comfortable. Comfortable beds and clean linens. We didn't miss anything. Sandra personally welcomed us and made it easy to check in. Recommended!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful anniversary at Alexander's place. Both the place and the host really have personality! The place was clean, modern and stylishly furnished, the pool with TV of course an absolute highlight (is significantly larger than it appears in the pictures and pleasantly heated) and Alexander probably the nicest and most accommodating host we have had so far. In addition, the accommodation really has everything you need - from hygiene items such as toothpaste, shampoo, tampons, cotton swabs, etc. to corkscrew, proper wine and champagne glasses and on top of that champagne as a welcome gift. There was also plenty of street parking. It was really perfect from start to finish and we are very much looking forward to next time 🤗 will definitely be recommended to friends and family 🫶🏼

We were only here for one night, but have already known that we will feel comfortable when we wrote with Sarina and Sascha before. Just super nice! The "briefing" where what is was was straightforward and we could flexibly decide when we would arrive. In the apartment, everything you need is available and the view of a very well-kept garden delighted us after getting up. We'll be back in case we're around again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment is functional, quietly located close to the forest. The garden and terrace is pleasant in sunny weather. The studio is large, and offers all amenities. Heidi is a lovely person, responsive to requests. I recommend this place.

We had a very nice stay of 4 days in the great place as a family with toddler. Fast and uncomplicated communication in advance, nice welcome and many tips for excursions. Crib, highchair, changing mat, toilet seat, shared use of the small tractor and sled - really perfect for holidays with a small child. The place was super clean and is very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, plenty of space to play, eat, cook, sleep. The hosts were always available on site and did their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible. There are plenty of excursions - even in winter - in the surrounding area. we'd love to come back in the summer:)

We had another fantastic stay at Ulrike's place. One of our favourite airbnb when travelling.The place is nicely decorated,very well equipped,in Karlsbad there is alot to do.Great asian and turkish take away nearby.Great with dog also. Thank you abd hope see you again.

We stayed five nights in this beautiful place and enjoyed it very much. We felt very comfortable and were super looked after if needed. :) Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a bit of peace and a nice place for long walks. I'd love to come back.
