We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is right on the slopes and is perfect for those who want to ski. Cozy and warm, we had a very good time.

Can’t say enough good things about Barbara and her apartment. She was very flexible with the check in, met us when we arrived late and was very friendly. The apartment was spacious and very clear. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Across the street from a beautiful park abbr about 15 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to downtown. Highly recommend!

All good. Apartment equipped with all comforts, bright and well-kept, located in a very quiet area, very close to the seafront and the Naval Academy (great for contestants). Eleonora was very nice and approachable, prompt and accurate communication, easy and quick check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

The location itself is breathtakingly gorgeous, the apartment in traditional style was clean and adequately furnished, the kitchen thoughtfully equipped. The hosts on site were charming, very friendly and readily available. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Giuseppe was also quickly available if necessary.

Extremely friendly host, excellent location (quiet yet central, about 25 minutes' walk to the beach) and always found a free parking space right outside the door. Highly recommended😊!

We had wonderful days in Livorno. The beautiful apartment in a well-kept house is located directly on the beautiful park of Villa Fabbricotti and was perfect for the 2 of us. Piazza Grande with the cathedral can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Viola gave us great tips for restaurant. We felt very comfortable. Thank you!!

We regret not staying longer at Leonardo's. We loved his home and his unobstructed life. Leonardo's super hosting and availability. We felt at home and didn't want to leave.

Walk the walls, should not be missed. Take it from the river end up to the Tower. Walk by the river Arno, so beautiful. Take advantage of happy hour.

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! We spent 6 days in this newly renovated house, well kept and located in a quiet area. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful in providing us with advice regarding the choice of restaurants and places to visit.

We stayed in the Melissa apartment and it was great, very spacious and bigger than expected. The apartment is self-catering and has all that you need to cook and have a great time. There is no terrace for this apartment, but they are many areas around the property that allow for some outdoor time. The location was beautiful, amazing views, great swimming pool and an overall very relaxed place. The property is 15 mins away from San Gimignano and very close to the bigger towns/villages to visit. Having a car is a must. The staff, the welcome and overall communication was lovely and easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

It was my second time at Il Tramonto (because you will love to come again). It has been a great stay, the perfect spot to visit the Chianti region, as well as rest (garden behind is a bliss) and discover tiny villages around. Laura and Sandra are very welcoming, communication is very easy. I recommend !

We stayed at the end of the season in this really nice area and felt right at home on site. The old oil mill and our apartment are generously allowed, corresponded to the description, the photos shown are even better in reality. It was all clean, all the equipment worked and we felt very comfortable. The large swimming pool is a real highlight and has greatly upgraded the stay, especially the children. The reception on site went smoothly and was very well prepared in advance. We enjoyed the time very much and can really highly recommend the accommodation - the value for money is great! A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.
