Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

We never lacked for anything staying here. We felt right at home! It was very spacious and comfortable, and the beach was only a 2 minute walk down the road. The sunsets are beautiful from the patio. They even included all beach amenities (umbrella, chairs, towels etc.). It was more than enough for our group of 4 and an infant. As a bonus, Irene’s mother left us delicious treats! It was a beautiful stay and we would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay in Francesco’s apartment. It is spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It’s an intriguing old building and the apartment has some beautiful original touches - painted vaulted ceilings and stone transoms imbedded in the walls. The location enabled us to easily explore this fascinating city and beyond - by foot, bus, and rail. Lots of food shops and restaurants, bars nearby. It became home during our 9 night stay. Francesco was an excellent host, meeting us promptly at the appointed time, responding to our confusion with the tv, and calling to say goodbye as we had to leave very early in the morning.

Beautiful appartment at very central location, near bus station to airport and many other things. The host Alberto was very helpful and flexible when my brother wanted to stay an extra night. Noisy in the evening but doable with earplugs. Would highly recommend this place if you don't mind the noise. Rooftop terrace is amazing!
