Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mosgiel

Extremely convenient location right in the middle of Dunedin. Lovely to be there during the holiday season for shopping and festive atmosphere. This was our second multi-week stay at this property and we highly recommend it.

This is a great apartment in a historic building on the waterfront. Comfortable for four people and excellent living area & views over the water. Easy check-in & access. Walk into city centre is a little tricky but is a 5 minute Uber ride.

Thanks Lesley. We had a great long weekend at your home. It catered very well for 7 adults staying. It was a good location with a short, easy walk to town, provided you could walk back up the hill. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outlook. The place was warm and the beds comfortable with plenty of bedding. It was great to have a lockable garage with internal access. We appreciated the late checkout at short notice.

I loved staying in Antonia's apartment--it's a really cute spot, just like the photos, and walkable to the Octagon and lots of great options for food, drinks, coffee, etc. Once I figured out parking (the easiest is just across from where you enter on Queen's Gardens), everything was a breeze. I hope I can come back to Dunedin, and if I do, I'll be staying here!

Lovely place to stay for a few days. Warm and cosy, good size lounge area and well appointed kitchen. Nice bathroom, towels and body products. Good heating as it was chilly at night when we were there. No on site parking, but street parking across the road from the unit as advised. Walked to supermarket and lovely cafe. So nice that breakfast provisions were provided too. Would stay there again!

Beautiful apartment. The description for the car park was spot on, we hired a small car because of it thankfully - it wouldn't fit a bigger vehicle. Was quite a convenient location, little bit of a walk to the main shopping area but nothing major. would definitely recommend.

Great house in a lovely spot, the views are amazing and it’s a short walk to a lovely beach and restaurants. The house has a lived in feel with lots of soft furnishings and candles etc which makes you feel really at home.

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at Joanna’s place. The location is peaceful and relaxing, yet still an easy drive into the city centre. The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, clearly well cared for. It’s definitely a home we’d love to return to next time we’re in Dunedin.

We had a fabulous stay at Jo & Jeff's place, it was perfect space. A great location and facilities. The bed linen and towels were very high quality, the kitchen was well equipped and the location unbeatable. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Had a great stay! Loved the outside patio, the high ceilings and how spacious the place was. Check in was a breeze and the host communicated well. I would absolutely stay here again 10/10!

Andrea’s place was clean, spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped, there wasn’t anything we couldn’t find! The house was lovely and warm, two bathrooms were great for privacy and comfort. Would definitely stay again, thanks Andrea and Charlie :)

An older home with very large bedrooms and has everything that you might need for short or extended stay. House was very clean and tidy with private parking. Only issue is the single shower which is very small and on the ground floor. If visiting Dunedin again we would definitely consider booking.

What a fabulous apartment! Gorgeous, so comfortable, and well-appointed. Perfectly located in such a charming town!

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

Gorgeous property with amazing views and incredible garden. Cozy and clean space with very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Helen’s over the weekend. Her place is fantastic - so incredibly clean, warm and inviting. Helen is an amazing host, very responsive and proactive. Nothing was an issue and she kept in contact with us all weekend. I would highly recommend Helen’s place - possibly the best accommodation we have stayed in as a family.
