I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Sparta was perfect for a weekend away. It was a short walk away from a beautiful private lake and quiet and relaxing. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed the design details of the beautiful cabin. It rained the whole stay so we could only appreciate looking outside at the natural landscape. The internet worked well for remote work. The mattress was so comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

We just stayed here for a 4-day Girls' Trip and had an amazing time! The house exceeded our expectations, with everything we could have possibly needed. Adam's instructions were clear, check in was super easy, and he has been super quick to respond to any questions. The house and surroundings were clean, quiet, and peaceful. If you come in the warm months be sure to ask for the kayaks and paddle boards to be left out! We had a blast! The house was also close to lots of trails for hiking and great restaurants. Overall, a 5/5 experience, would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The house was very pretty outside and decorated beautifully inside. It’s right at the top of a hill with a beautiful view of the mountain trees above and creek below. The house is right off the main road so you do hear traffic but it’s completely private. We booked this location to hike so it was perfectly situated between all the waterfalls we wanted to see. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking although we fought for dominance of the tub with a big orb spider! Lol It’s to be expected in the woods. My son absolutely loved the game room and we had a blast playing pinball, foosball and the game table. The house was stocked with amenities but make sure to bring coffee, shampoo/conditioner and soap for the shower. The beds were comfy and the upstairs rooms all had fans to help on the hot nights. We loved going into town and ate at the Apple Valley restaurant and did some shopping in town. It’s a lovely area! Definitely recommend!

We took the pup and spent a long weekend at the Little Black Cabin and had such an amazing time! Loved the amenities, especially the Finnish sauna! I also really liked that the AC and heated floors in the bathroom were set prior to our arrival. Vera was super communicative and a great host. Would definitely stay here again!

Danny was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and gave us clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in. The house itself was absolutely perfect – cozy, inviting, and the hot tub was spotless and spacious, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. I had a beautiful stay. My booking was very last minute and the host responded right away and confirmed it so I was able to enter the house two hours after I booked it! The house was very clean and in such a peaceful spot at the end of the road. I was so happy that the host accommodated my dogs, I usually get nervous about that with bookings. The host was very responsive to all of my messages and I really appreciated that. I would definitely book with them again!

Honestly didn’t want to leave, between the cute vintage interior design choices and the beautiful view from the sunroom I was pretty content to just sit and watch the birds from the couch. Laureen was always good about responding, and was extremely gracious to me and my partner. The beds also were also awesome not a tough mattress in site! Such a relaxing stay and so close to so many awesome hiking spots.

A spacious house with fun games and great TVs. We really enjoyed the King bed and the bathroom was wonderful including the shower. The host was also kind enough to give me a late checkout with no fee which I really appreciated. Warwick is a great town to explore and this is a great place to stay in to do it!

What an amazing stay! Everything was incredibly clean and matched the description perfectly. My friends and family all loved the location and felt right at home in the cozy neighborhood. The rooms and livings rooms were comfortable and amazing to hang out with the family!

Spend my 39th birthday here with my family and we all had fun. The jacuzzi was nice, the game room was fully equipped and brought me back to my youth. The sauna and tub jacuzzi was also a plus. The house host was very responsive and polite. The house had everything you needed and more! Will definitely come back again and I recommend it to anyone looking to getaway in this serene, tranquil and beautiful home and private community 10/10!!!!!

Four of us humans and two pups stayed at Morgan's cozy cabin 4 nights for the Memorial Day long weekend. the living, dining, and kitchen areas are spacious for us to cook and do videos games. The cabin is located in a quiet gated community, so there were few cars passing by. We needed to check in at the entrance every time to enter the community, so we feel very safe during our stay. Also, the cabin is about 13 minutes from a huge dog park. our pups got to enjoy running around off leash going there every morning. highly recommend.

If you're after something warm and cozy, this is your spot! It easily fits a family of four and comes with everything you need. The views around the cabin are stunning, and the outdoor space is perfect! there’s a hot Jacuzzi always ready, a fire pit, two chill sitting areas, a big deck, and a massive pool. really recommend!

Great place to go and unwind, take a break from the city, very quiet and peaceful place, felt right at home so comfortable and clean my kids loved the lake and didn't wanted to leave. Great host very attentive & great communication very helpful with directions too, can't wait to go back, the house has everything you need to spend quality time with family. (Or friends). Thanks.

I booked this property as a kind of ad hoc writing retreat. It was the perfect location to complete what work I needed to do. A quick drive into Sparta for restaurants and supplies also made this a great location.

My family and I had an amazing 5-day vacation at this cozy cabin in the woods. The cabin was spotless and beautifully decorated with modern mountain charm. After long days of hiking, it was a treat to unwind in the luxurious copper tub or the spacious shower. One of our favorite parts of the stay was feeding the trout in the stocked ponds—such a fun and memorable experience! The evenings were just as magical, with a warm fire pit and twinkling outdoor string lights setting the perfect mood. There was plenty of parking, which made things easy for our group. This spot would be ideal for a larger gathering, too—renting all three cabins would be perfect for a family reunion or group getaway. David was a fantastic host—always responsive, helpful, and clearly dedicated to creating an excellent guest experience. The location is also great for nature lovers, with easy driving access to hiking gems like Bushkill Falls and Raymondskill Falls. Highly recommend this stay! We’d love to come back!
