A very nice villa in a beautiful setting, very private. Well located, the beautiful beaches are all within a short drive. We really enjoyed the sound of the waves and the good wind blowing from the sea to cool us down. By getting up early we were lucky enough to see beautiful sunrises. A special mention for Florence the manager who is remarkably efficient.

We had a great family vacation at this villa! On site, we had everything we needed, and we were able to enjoy the large terrace as well as the pool with the children. The place is very peaceful and safe, close to small shops and restaurants, the welcome is very warm, in short everything was great and we all left with memories in our heads! Thanks Maty & Thierry!

in the red villa. A treat! We just finished our stay at the red villa. A treat!!! Christian and Florette's welcome was royal. They provided us with food and drink for dinner on the day of our arrival and breakfast the next day! Communication was fluid, pleasant and friendly. Christian gave us plenty of tips for walks, beaches, restaurants, etc. As for the villa, what to say! It's a peaceful harbor. There's nothing missing. The rooms are perfect (good bedding, air conditioning, screens). It's nice to live in this house open to the pool and garden very well maintained without forgetting the carbet. We will keep an unforgettable memory of our trip to this beautiful island and in this beautiful villa. No need to add that we RECOMMEND ++!!!

Very good stay with Florence. We were greeted very kindly with a very good planter. The villa is functional, well located for visiting the lowlands. Florence is responsive and gives good advice if needed.

Very beautiful house with beautiful views. We were 9. Too bad the bungalow didn't live up to the house. So some are wronged. Great location. Great house for 6-8 people, preferably. The house, garden and pool are perfectly maintained. NB: Be aware of the many power outages seemingly common in the area.

A great stay with great contact with Florence, which allowed us when we arrived to have cooked dishes, pre-order and ready to eat😛👍 breakfast for the next morning was also ready We were three couples , the only regret we can have is that in the third single room, on the side there are no windows and it was not very pleasant for our friends , more little storage to store his laundry. But a very pleasant stay, with still a superb villa where we enjoyed the spa and the fire pit and where we were able to cook our lobsters quietly and that was great. In any case, to be recommended to Airbnb Customers.

We had a great stay with the family at Villa Loéan. Breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, well located in a quiet residential area, pleasant exteriors, with garden, pool etc… Everything is there to spend a good time, we recommend it. Very friendly welcome from Nella and good contact with our host Laurent who gave us some addresses.

Beautiful villa in a quiet residence, 5 minutes' drive to the port of St. François, ideal for boat trips. Very good hospitality. The company of iguanas brings a little extra charm. The only flaw is the pool is a little small, but it's not very serious considering all the beautiful beaches.

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Great stay! The house is intimate, clean, close to everything! It's a small oasis. Each room has its own toilet and shower, on the other hand, small disappointment with the shower in the bedroom adjacent to the house.. small and the ceramics is very damaged. We had a great holiday in this house, I would recommend it without hesitation! Thanks to Myriam for her availability!

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable villa! Our group of 6 rented a car that made it easy to experience beaches, restaurants and excursions around the island. Orient Bay was our favorite where we rented beach chairs at beach clubs that Alex and Severine suggested. Highly recommend this peaceful and private villa!

This Villa is a wonder. 3 bedrooms, beautiful and comfortable with very good bedding to have a good night's sleep. A living room with a large glass window that can be fully opened to enjoy the trade winds. A very well equipped kitchen, a large induction hob for food lovers like me, a very large fridge. Note that the bakery within walking distance is very good, many different breads, pastries... The villa is steps away from a beautiful beach, just at the end of the garden. If you walk 5 minutes another beautiful beach of Saint François awaits you. The host as well as his concierge were very attentive, very good communication with a lot of kindness. The concierge put us in touch on the spot with very good service providers for excursions. Thanks for this beautiful and successful family stay.

We had a lovely stay at Nanou's house. A quiet and peaceful place, not overlooked. The pool is very nice as is the terrace where we spent some good evenings. A place we recommend and where we could come back to.

Excellent stay, very nice house located in a quiet area. Car essential but everything is then quickly accessible. Comfortable accommodation, suitable for infants, safety gates (to be installed or not) around the pool (essential criteria for us and not very common it would seem in Guadeloupe). Well-equipped kitchen. Great garden. Large terrace totally sheltered and in the shade, which is very nice. Thanks to Géraldine for hosting us and for being available. We would recommend this listing!

We had a great time as a Family at Villa Lio again. Indeed this is the second time we have rented this Villa and it is always with as much pleasure as we were able to enjoy all the amenities that Lionel offers. Very comfortable, functional, well-equipped and conveniently located home. Élodie who manages the concierge is very accommodating. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated after a late arrival (bottle of rum for ti punch, jams, fruit, coffee...). Ideal for exploring the Grande Terre, or for relaxing around the pool. We'll be happy to go back.
