This space was perfect for our little family to rest and recoup while also enjoying everything Colorado Springs had to offer. Brenna is such a thoughtful, professional, and friendly host. Our family had to navigate some tough travel delays and she went above and beyond to make our first night and morning easier. If/when we return to the Springs we definitely hope to use this space again!

We had an amazing stay at this house in Colorado! The environment was so much fun, and the neighborhood felt welcoming and peaceful. After our long days exploring Denver and Colorado Springs, it was such a relief to come back to a comfortable and cozy home. The owner was incredibly trusting and made sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Colorado. It was the perfect home base for our trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect and close to so many great spots yet still peaceful and relaxing. What really made our experience special, though, was the hosts. They were incredibly nice, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. From quick communication to thoughtful touches, their hospitality was top-notch. We’d love to come back again and highly recommend this gem!

We stayed for a long weekend and really liked the Airbnb we choose. It was within walking distance of downtown, with all the little shops and food highly recommend Mother Muffs and La baguette bakery and the used bookstore.. The Airbnb was a five minute drive to the garden of the gods as well. House was clean, well kept, and quiet. loved our stay!

This place was amazing! We came with five children and my in laws and pups. This place was PERFECT! Tons of space and different living areas. Local restaurants a plus. Backyard to hang out with lighting. Front porch swing perfect for morning coffee and Mountain View’s. Large table for the whole family. Highly recommend!

Sue was a fantastic host. We loved the place, from the cute doggy room in the wall to the neat light switch covers! Her home was perfect for the people and the dogs! She was so helpful and friendly! 10/10 definitely recommend if you have pups or are 420 friendly.

Tim’s home was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I were in Colorado Springs for my mother in laws surprise birthday party. Tim’s home was only 5 minutes away! The neighborhood had amazing views and his neighbors were friendly too! The backyard was also spacious, which my pups enjoyed very much. If I’m in town again, I would love to stay here again.

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

We LOVED this place, and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The Hosts are amazing, with impeccable taste. Their designated dog station is perfect for your dogs bathroom needs and location is Prime :)- we would definitely book again.

This carriage house is lovely and very comfortable. Loved the apartment we stayed in and the bed was very comfortable! Great kitchen, and the French doors to the upper porch were my favorite feature. Lots of natural light and very quiet area. Excellent location for walking to restaurants, shops, and parks. The hosts made everything easy for arrival and providing a comfortable stay. Scott’s place is great, private, and has amazing access to the South Platte River! Scott was kind and accommodating — his property is a gem. The cabin was clean, private, simple - but had everything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked to cook pretty much anything. We caught many fish and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment had everything you will need. Very clean (I’m very picky)and comfortable. Plenty of privacy outside to enjoy the weather. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the complementary welcome goodies when we arrived! The mountain view from the living room was top-notch! The host was wonderful at communicating and made sure that we had a great stay. Would recommend to those planning to stay on the outskirts of Colorado Springs!

Just BRILLIANT. Spacious Squeaky Clean, Warm cosy. EVERYTHING you could need. Location was GREAT for where we needed to be it was beautifull, peaceful, safe, friendly. Having a supermarket across the road was so handy. Clear easy instructions for access and parking. The only thing i was’nt keen on was the air freshner/plug in. EVERYTHING else was literally perfect!

i can't say enough nice things about Paula and our stay at her condo! she was generous and caring every step of the way and extremely responsive! I was under a lot of stress selling my home here in COS and going through the open house weekend and Paula was a tremendous help! thank you so much gor everything Paula!

Austin was a wonderful host. Responsive in a timely manner, home was clean and had everything we needed. Newer appliances. Comfy beds. Amazing hot tub. Very homey. We even had a little accident with a tablet hitting the wall and he was very understanding thank goodness because I felt horrible that it happened the day we were leaving.

Lovely space; clean and well stocked with backup supplies, including kitchen essential condiments. Great central location; quiet respectful neighbors, undercover parking space. The host is a rare individual who gives much time to the community in need, yet will immediately respond to her guests when they reach out with questions upon arrival. Superior accommodations and service.

We stayed here for 2 months in between selling our house and the completion of our new house. The condo served us well for that purpose. All the amenities, laundry, kitchen, bath rooms, closets, garage and TV worked great and had everything we needed. Nice dining area with 6 seats. Shawna was very responsive when the garage door opener quit working and got that fixed quickly. We've lived in Castle Rock for 47 years and the location is very convenient to downtown and shopping. Although this is a large condo complex it's well kept and quiet. Pool was great to for the grand kids. They do allow pets in this condo so expect pet hair. Our only suggestion would be to replace the couch which was pretty tired.

Our flight coming in on the first day was delayed 12 hrs and our host was very understanding. The AirB&B was spotless and very very clean. Only thing I could say is if your booking in the winter and have an over weight bag keep in mind it’s 14 steps up and it’s VERY slippery when it’s ice. That ice was clear and it was very late and I just about fell backwards on the first step cause it had ice on it. But that was my fault lol it gave us something to laugh at for sure. Philip is a fabulous host I HIGHLY recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for being so wonderful.
