Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montréal

The place is very clean. Off street parking is a plus for us and the host was very nice. It's a safe location in Montreal by far. We would consider to stay at this place again when we going to Montreal in the future

Great location, 1 garage space available for compact SUV size, was able to find parking in the front on the street as well (we had 2 cars). Lighting could be better (couple of the ceiling lights were not lit) living room was dim and Paris came in to fix one of the lamps that did not work. Paris very responsive with messaging. Overall great stay. A lot of walkable spots for food groceries, and sightseeing. Would stay again

I had a great stay at Nabil’s place! The location was convenient and the space was clean and cozy. Although there was a bit of heat during my visit, Nabil was very responsive and promptly followed up with updates and a solution. I really appreciated the clear communication and care. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

The coach house was perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the nespresso machine— it was really lovely to wake up and drink coffee while watching the bird life in the yard. :) The area itself was also great! I’d never stayed in this neighborhood so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The coach house is on a quiet, cute residential street with a big park nearby, and walking distance from great food. Finally, Lili and Gabriel were amazing hosts. When I had an allergy issue, they went above and beyond, re-washing all the sheets to make sure I was comfortable. I really can’t say enough good things. Hoping to stay next time I’m in Montreal!!

This unit is quite large, you get the entire lower floor of a wonderful vintage building located in the beautiful Westmount neighborhood, parking if you need it, it's clean, and has a huge kitchen with all the necessities. The host Elena was helpful and responsive.

Great stay for our family of 6, including one toddler and one infant. Synnove and Sean left a pack and play for us, which was so convenient. We enjoyed the quick walk to the metro station, as well as the abundance of restaurants and coffee shops nearby (including the bakery next door!) Would highly recommend for families!

France's place what just what I needed. It was very comfortable, beautiful, and the neighbourhood is great. I would totally stay at France's again.

We have been to Montreal a handful of times and this is probably our favorite spaces we stayed in! Right in the middle of our favorite stores, restaurants, and bakeries, and parking was surprisingly easy and plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked and although we did not use the washer/dryer it was really handy to have it at the ready. It rained when we visited and they left us an umbrella to use. We rarely like to stay at the same place twice but would not hesitate to book this home again for future visits to MTL. Bonne journee!

Charming, comfortable and authentic apartment in a good location. Worked out great for a short stay with a family of four. It's an old building and nothing fancy but it has a cool vibe and all the basics, plus I appreciated the coffee provided. Parking turned out to be really easy and it's a short walk to nearby restaurants and to Jean Talon metro station that takes you straight downtown. I hope to be back!

Insane value for the price. Went as a group of friends to visit Montréal and this spot was perfect to relax after long, eventful days. Would definitely stay again!

I just stayed at Kim’s place for the second time, and it was every bit as great as I remembered. The apartment was spotless, loaded with all the essentials I needed, and the view was absolutely gorgeous—perfect for morning coffee or just chilling out. Kim was super friendly and made sure I felt right at home, which is exactly why I came back. The location in Centreville Montreal is unbeatable too—close to everything and super convenient for exploring the city. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough if you want an easy, comfortable, and memorable stay in Montreal.

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

Jordan is a great host, very communicative, friendly, and prompt in answering questions. The space itself is beautiful. Fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, with AC and a fully functional kitchen. I like to cook my meals when traveling and was able to do so with no problem at Jordan's place. There are a few flights of stairs which I have no problem with, but just keep it in mind if you have accessibility concerns. The bedroom faces away from the main street and is quiet with its own private patio. The location is brilliant and I walked to most places! it's hardly a ten minute walk to Mount Royal and a 30 minute walk to La Fontaine Park. It's also just a 5 minute walk from Place des arts! Woild highly recommend Jordan's place for your next visit to Montreal and I know I'll be back soon!

It was very nice and I felt right at home. Everything matched the description and Sophie was a very nice responsive host I would definitely recommend and book again very soon !
