Family-friendly vacation rentals in Montréal

Great place to stay, very cozy and comfortable. This house is close to everything there is to see in Montreal, 15min-25min with traffic ti the main attractions. The corner store across the street made it convconvient to buy any last minute essentials. The kitchen is very well supplied. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for any large groups who are visiting Montreal to be close drive to all the staples of the city and enjoy the peaceful and welcoming vibe of the house with the vintage style decor. We loved it !!!!

Very nice and warm cottage. 3 functional bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. We were there in winter, and several ski resorts nearby. Easily accessible grocery store. Nice lake view from the living room to relax at the end of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Can’t go wrong booking a place in Fiddler Lake! House is solid, spacious, and has everything you need for a great stay! Tons of snow fell over the weekend and ploughs/teams of shovelers were responsive. Beautiful and private location. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit.

Montreal was really busy and the hotels were charging crazy money. This place was large, comfortable and fully equipped. No complaints. Contact when needed was almost immediate and friendly. I liked the massive TV and the soundbar which was great both for Netflix and to play music through.

This was our second time staying with Nathalie. The place is excellent, exactly what we wanted for a relaxing weekend away. Can’t wait to come back!

Ryan’s place was great to stay at. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The place was very clean and Ryan gave us privacy but was very responsive as well which was great. Parking was easy and very convenient. No complaints. Would come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Brooke’s home. It was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, comfortable, and very conveniently located. This apartment has a great location with a grocery store, pharmacy and several good restaurants within a short walk. A bit farther, but still within easy walking distance, are trendy areas in Outremont and the Mile End neighborhood, with parks, shops and more restaurants (including Fairmount Bagel and St. Viateur Bagel). The apartment is both spacious and comfortably cozy at the same time. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything that you will need to prepare meals at "home", and the dining room table seats eight. The property also comes with a parking space, which is a real plus in this area of the city. We were able to fit our SUV into the space without a problem, but the host also provides a short video to help. He also provides a neighborhood guidebook, city maps and other helpful materials to help guide you around the city. In short, we had a great stay, and we recommond "La Maison" highly.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

Marie was very polite and professionally communicated everything about the place we stayed at and what was around the area as well. We all enjoyed our stay it felt like home away from home.

This place is great. Only issue could be someone who might struggle with steep stairs up to place. Have stayed here multiple times and would definitely stay again!

Lovely large apartment in good neighborhood with walkable access to everything you needed- including the best croissants I have ever had 2 minutes away. Metro stop is half mile away. Street parking was very tight but doable. Garden patio was a beautiful place to eat and relax. The kitchen was extraordinarily well organized and stocked with everything you needed. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, loved the big dining room table and the rain shower in the main bathroom was heavenly. It was a really great place for our family.

Very nice discovery, Celine and Gonzague were very friendly hosts, and especially very responsive (I sent a message following a product breakage, Céline arrived within 10 minutes to satisfy us)! We felt good and safe, idyllic setting, and very well-located (and beautiful) house. We would 100% recommend this listing and these hosts!

Great place to stay outside of Montreal! It rained a lot of the weekend we stayed so we were happy to have a spacious place that had so many amenities while we were there! It’s about a 30-45 minute drive into the city and was in a very peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to families with children as there was a lot of toys and activities for kids to do at the house

The Airbnb is very beautiful. There is ample space for several people. It is located on a beautiful wooded street. Great communication from the owners.

Lovely place, great area right downtown, and spotless. Parking garage was a godsend, and I loved the balcony setup. A bit hard to find if you just go by the address, but Sarah provided detailed instructions with photos so be sure to check those out if you book. Host communication was excellent both before and during my stay; Sarah was super helpful and responded quickly to my questions. My only quibble is that it came up in a search for 1-bedroom properties but is actually a studio (not sure if that’s an issue with the listing or Airbnb’s search feature). Didn’t bother me but if you require a bedroom with privacy you’ll want to keep that in mind. Overall highly recommended!

Very quiet, friendly host, and nice neighbourhood

Rosemarie’s place was spotless and we felt very comfortable staying at her place. We misread the check-in instructions and she was very kind to come help us in person. Her place was a short commute to the heart of Montreal and it was definitely worth the price we paid. We had a great long weekend stay!
