Quiet little cocoon near Montreal!

Welcome to my home, where I have booked you a very private and soundproofed room in the basement. You have at your disposal next door a family room with small refrigerator. It is a warm house with eclectic decor where you will have access to the courtyard and pool. I will be available to discuss and answer any question you may have. I speak French and English. Note that I have a goldendoodle dog, hypoallergenic, that the shower room is on the ground floor and the full bathroom is upstairs.

A wooden dock extends over calm waters, with a smooth surface complemented by metal railings. The expansive view of the water is framed by the horizon under a clear blue sky, inviting relaxation and leisure activities.

House in La Prairie, very clean include three bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom with shower and a bathtub. Large kitchen and dining room with living room with slow burning fireplace. A large private courtyard and parking for 3 cars in a very quiet area. Buses are around the corner to get to Montreal or elsewhere. Close to downtown Montreal 20 KM and REM Check yourself in with the lockbox. Ineligible basement.
