Vacation rentals with lake access in Montezuma County

I think this was probably the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect. Beds are firm memory foam. Kitchen was very well stocked. The house was so nice and extremely clean. Everything inside and out was absolutely gorgeous. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. 100/10

We loved, loved this place!! We had six adults and two kids and everyone had plenty of space and privacy. Three of the bedrooms have private bathrooms which was perfect. It’s a beautiful place with so much space. Our favorite room was the enclosed patio. We will definitely stay here again next year!!

Thanks for a great place to stay, again, for us and our pups!!! The weather was perfect this past weekend, and our pups totally loved the yard, as usual. Loved everything in the house!!! Always warm and welcoming and always have everything we need!! We had a few struggles with the TV Spectrum remote, but finally managed just fine. Thanks again!!!!

Osa Verde is a very special place thats even better in person. It is a home away from home with charm, beautiful surroundgins, quiet peace, and fun little details that you discover during your stay. Cant say enough good things about Barb and Woods. Wonderful host that were always quick to respond. We took advantage of the well stocked kitchen and had alot of meals on-site. Played lots of games at the dining table and belly laughed even more. Its about 10-15 minutes from the North entrance of Mesa Verde where you can catch some stunning sunrises and sunsets from the look out points in the park. We had overcast weather during our stay but did get to catch some amazing star gazing on a couple of the nights. Mancos is around the corner and has most of the essentials. Otherwise; Durango is 20-30 mins and the airport less than an hour. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing stay.

We had just finished a week of graduations with our grandchildren and family from out of state. We came from a bustling week to a peaceful serene location. This place was perfect for us to sit back and relax. We enjoyed watching all the birds and listening to their singing. This location is very private. Easy drive to Mesa Verde National Park. Beautiful drive up to Telluride for a day. The host greeted and had a lot of information for us to look through about the area. I would come back here!

Wonderful private location with beautiful stunning views and we found it very convenient and relaxing having the fenced area off the deck for our dogs. The lake provided a peaceful view from the house and deck and we enjoyed seeing the boats and water-skiers. This location is really dreamy and we found the house and furnishings to be in great shape. Mark provided special effort when something was left behind by us and mailed it promptly to our home address. Thanks so much Mark! Overall a very nice and pleasant experience!!
