Monthly Rentals in Montecito

I had a great long term stay at Erick’s place. It was in a very central location and anything I needed was in walking distance. I was very appreciative of the included cleaning services. I would happily stay here again.

The place is very beautiful, clean and tidy. You find everything they offer and just as they offer in the listing. Getting in and out of the area is simple. Jorge was very nice and attentive, we really enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommended.

This was my third stay at one of Rolando's locations and as with the other stays, it did not disappoint! A great location, nice neighborhood that's walkable and everything that one would want is a short distance away. I've been so pleased with the units, I'll be finishing my extended stay in Costa Rica in one of Rolando's locations until I leave at the end of January. For certain, when I return, I'll first look to see if any of Rolando's places are available!

Jessica's attention was very good from the beginning to the end, very friendly and helpful , you can see that she is a nice person too. Fully furnished house, with everything you need to feel at home , very comfortable and clean. It's a private and safe place. Nearby there are places to go out to eat very easy. I went with my two dogs to work , the internet was always very stable. The views are very nice with a patio of the house but there is also access to a very large green area in front. It's a quiet place to get cleared out and relax as well .
