Our place is a half mile from downtown Ventura, the beach, great surf, the Botanical Garden hiking trail and the famous Ventura Cross. There are plenty of dining options/bars within walking distance, a convenient market and our favorite trendy coffee spot right across the street. 1 bd condo steps from the sand

Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

Cute, clean, light, historic 1930's townhouse in prime West Beach location. Close to all Santa Barbara has to offer. Walk to Beach, Harbor, Funk zone, and State Street. This is an older house that has not been recently updated; there are some quirks, but most guests find it quite charming. Walking distance from the train station--leave your car at home for the ultimate get-away!
