Monthly Rentals in Montclair

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful area. It's in a community, not close to restaurant's or activities. It's a great place to relax at night. Beds were comfy, great shower and kitchen area. Very spacious. Truly appreciated the accommodations on our late check in Can hear the family upstairs as mentioned but Hashim and family were quick to quiet down the kids in the morning, so not a problem. Would happily stay here again.

Nice, private location. We have stayed here twice now and will plan to come back. It has the comforts we love including king size bed and amazing large bathroom with double sinks & several different shower heads ( rainshower & handheld) We watch alot of t.v. in the evenings and enjoyed the large screen t.v. and 2 comfortable lounge chairs. This basement location is great for 2 people. We dont really even feel like we are in a basement while there. Clean, modern & comfortable.

The place was awesome very clean plenty of pace to walk around. Felt right at home no complaints here very quiet very peaceful. Just what we were looking for a place to relax for the weekend away from everything else. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Place was great. Private, quiet, cozy. Bed was comfy. Slept like a baby! Vincent was thorough with instructions and responsive. I was in DC and the Dumfries area for work and my schedule kept getting pushed back. As a guest, I felt it an obligation to keep him up to date on when I would arrive so I made sure to keep Vincent in the loop. I wound up not even getting to his place until almost midnight. He was very respectful and understanding which I appreciated a lot. I hope he appreciated the communication, too.
