Peaceful and private! Exactly as described and parking very easy. Walkable to Lawerenceville or Uber, bus or drive directly downtown. Very clean and dog friendly! Will stay again and advise family and friends to check it out when in Pittsburgh!

Had a great weekend at Matthew and Kerri's place! It's even prettier than the pictures and was bigger than expected. Beds were super comfy and we slept great, better than I do at home. They were so friendly and welcoming, gave us some great fishing spots to try and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Great location outside the city but an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. This will definitely be our go-to home whenever we're in town! Highly recommend!

Loved staying here, loved the balcony area for my tea in the morning. Loads of fantastic bars and restaurants locally. Zack has a great vintage clothing store, I brought some sports shirts to trade- very happy! Only regret not staying longer.

We had a good stay at Daniel's place. We had stayed in the building before (on the 1st floor) but this time we were on the 3rd floor (top) which was much more quiet. The apartment was well set up for 2 people, clean and tidy. We were missing drinking glasses and hangers, however, and Daniel had them delivered quickly and directly to us as soon as we mentioned it to him. Daniel is very responsive and communication with him is easy. It is very convenient to have parking on site which can be challenging in Pittsburgh. The parking in the back can fill up at times but we were able to get a spot most times. Bakery Square is nearby and walkable and we had several very good meals there at the various restaurants. All in all, a very nice stay.

This was my second stay at this place and it did not disappoint. This time I was in town for 5 nights for my daughter’s wedding. The location is great and despite it being a bustling neighborhood, the apartment is peaceful at night. Jim and his wife are amazing hosts! The place is spotless and stocked with almost everything anyone could need. The sticky front door is still a pain, but Jim was there within minutes to help. It did seem like quite a price increase since last October but it’s a holiday weekend so I guess that’s par for the course. I will be back! P.S. The gorgeous plants and soft sheets are definitely a plus!

We stayed in Claire's farmhouse apartment to attend a family function in the area. It is a beautiful and peaceful space. Claire provided clear instructions and included thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome. The apartment feels very private and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Being on the farm is an added bonus with the farmstand just outside the door. We were able to cook a few delicious meals with the fresh and *very* local ingredients. Our son and our dog loved to look at the goats and chickens. If you're visiting the area and are considering this space, there's no need to hesitate. It's perfect.

We had a wonderful experience. Great location, beautiful decor with special touches that made us comfortable and able to relax and enjoy our stay. Host was super friendly and helpful with recommendations on restaurants and attractions. We loved everything about our time in Pittsburgh and we will definitely return.

This is a great spot in upper Lawrenceville, easily walkable to coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. The space worked perfectly for six friends -- two couples, two singles -- with a bathroom for each bedroom. Nice amenities too.

We didn’t get to stay at Daniel’s place due to some technical difficulties, but communication was great. And it’ll all get taken care of. Thanks

Christi’s place was great! It was clean and peaceful. She left out snacks and had filtered water available for refills. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again for longer.

Wonderful place! My family and I really enjoyed our stay, and Rachel and Keith were very receptive and accommodating hosts. The house is very well decorated and homely. The only issue we faced was that the furniture seemed a bit worn out and the house needed some very minor repairs. Overall, wonderful experience!

Anya’s place was beautifully updated, spotlessly clean and she was wonderful to work with. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen and 3rd floor bedroom. The South Side is vibrant with lots of restaurants, but can be a little noisy at night so if you are sensitive, you may want to bring earplugs or a sound machine. We would definitely stay again!

Was the perfect place for us to stay while attending a friends wedding at Phipps. Close easy ride. Great amount of space. Recommend smaller friends of the group stay in the upstairs bedrooms. Nice kitchen with everything you need to make a meal.
