Cabin was fantastic. Secluded, private, rustic, peaceful, and had a great view!

The house was very comfortable. We loved all the natural light coming in through the large windows. The views were spectacular. We awakened to beautiful sunrises and the distant sounds of the cows in the pasture. The grounds were beautifully kept, and we were in awe of the history that resonated there. Chris and Anita were genuinely friendly and helpful. We especially loved visiting their pond, sitting on the porches, bird watching, and the special touches of food items in the kitchen, and the spa-like feel of the bathrooms. We left Union, wishing we had more time to spend at this property. We will definitely be returning.

Brenda and Mark at Man in the Moon Alpacas were excellent hosts and the cottage was a wonderful retreat. The location showcases the beauty of the Blue Ridge mountains and its wildlife. Highly recommend taking a farm tour as soon as possible during your visit to fully appreciate these beautiful animals.

It was really neat staying in the bus. If you like the country life with green fields and animal in the background then this is the place for you. The little fireplace outside is so nice in the evening. Their yellow cat came to visit us, so sweet.
