When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and shown arround the apartment. Everything was clean and the terrace had a wonderful view of the park, where you could enjoy the evening sun! Milly was always very responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the flat or the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend everyone a stay here. All the listed amenities were there, air-conditioning was working well so the we had no problem sleeping through the warm nights! We would definitely stay here again!

Avra Apartment in Chalkida is a cozy and functional stay, located near some restaurants, a supermarket, and just a short 300m stroll to the lovely Paralia Kourenti beach. Being central, street parking can be a bit tricky, but we managed to find a spot nearby. A good choice for a short stay close to the beach.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Mosquito nets and shutters for darkness. We found water in the fridge as well as coffee, butter, jam and toast for breakfast.
