Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt bei Andrea. Die Wohnung war super schön, zentral gelegen und wir konnten alles zu Fuß erlaufen. Die Begrüßung und Verabredung mit Andrea war einwandfrei und er hat sich um alles gekümmert. Es ist einfach sehr zu empfehlen. Ein besonderer Vorteil ist der nahegelegene Parkplatz.

Great place with it's own soul. Lorenzo was very helpful and we had a pleasure to know him. Apartment had everything we needed, location was also great. Close to local attractions and commuting. Ps. Light sleepers should bring earplugs.

Amazing flat, full of personality and furnished with great taste, attention to detail and with a great use of space. The terrace gives a glorious view of the port and the bay. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, so the bathroom. There is a big washing machine and dishwasher. The fridge is huge. The beds were comfortable. 2 TV sets and powerful WiFi . The flat was clean and very well maintained. It is on the upper floor of an old building with no lift so I would not recommend the place to people with mobility issues. However as I said the view from the roof terrace more than justifies the physical effort. The self check in process is super easy and the owner is easily reachable and kind. The position in front of the renovated old port is ideal to move around the city centre and to reach the Aquarium and other local amenities. A metro station is at 5 min on foot, the main train station ( Principe) at 15 min walking distance. A great and very pleasurable stay.

Carolina’s place is amazing!! We stayed for 3 nights and had the best time. A short uphill walk from the train station and views that take your breath away. It has all the amenities you could need and the terrace is beautiful to sit out on. Carolina sent really clear instructions for getting to the property and the property was clean on arrival. There are quite a few steps but this didn’t put us off and we would definitely stay here again if we were in Cinque Terre again

From booking til check out, everything went perfect. Absolutely perfect location for exploring Genova. Less than 15 minute walk from train station. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes of the apartment. Port 10 minute walk. Exactly as expected in pictures, spotless and comfortable. Bed very comfortable, shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. A/C was great having two separate units. Can't say enough about how well the communication was. Would definitely highly recommend.👍🤗

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Stefano è super disponibile e simpatico , si preoccupa dei suoi clienti e cerca di soddisfarli al meglio. Inoltre anche onesto perché avevo dimenticato le chiavi e mi aveva reso disponibili la visione delle telecamere per controllare , però per fortuna le avevo in borsa 😂

Séjour parfait ! Federico est un hôte accueillant et répond très rapidement à nos demandes. L’appartement est spacieux, propre et facile d’accès.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

Comincio con il dire che Magda è fantastica: sempre gentile e presente. La casa è esattamente come da foto e la posizione ottima. Tornerò sicuramente e la consiglio a tutti.

We loved our stay. Very cute place, spacious rooms, clean, easy to find, easy check-in, hosts are very responsive and friendly. free parking on premise. Close to Lucca 20’, Viareggio 20’, Pisa, about one hour drive from Florence and close to many important places to visit in Tuscany. Alessandro, Valeria and little Bianca are a very Lovely family! We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui due notti. L'appartamento è veramente delizioso: pulito, curato, super attrezzato e in una posizione invidiabile.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe et Valeria . Le logement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse au cœur du vieux Gênes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée . Giuseppe est très disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers et en cas de soucis . Vraiment parfait . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

Agos Nous a communiqué avec photos et commentaires la façon d'accéder au logement. On a pu y laisser nos bagages avant le check-in sans problème. Très bien situé et propre. Nous a aussi avisé lorsque la météo affectait les sentiers de marche. Cinque Terre, c'est magnifique.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war perfekt sauber, der Check-In über die Schlüsselbox verlief reibungslos und wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment wohl gefühlt. Der nahe an der Unterkunft gelegene zugehörige Parkplatz hat die Anreise und Unternehmungen während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr erleichtert. Die Kommunikation verlief stets problemlos und ich erhielt innerhalb kurzer Zeit Antworten auf meine Fragen. Die Lage direkt neben einem Supermarkt und mit Blick auf das Meer ist hervorragend! Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt vor Ort sogar noch verlängert haben.

It is a beautiful spot! We only wish we planned more time in Genoa. Maura was incredibly helpful with recommendations and her space was incredibly spotless. The amenities listed were perfect, very special that it has a washer and a dryer!

Alloggio in ottima posizione, sia per raggiungere a piedi qualunque destinazione che per andare rapidamente in stazione a piedi. L'alloggio è conforme alle foto a alla descrizione, è molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla finestra c'è una bella vista e non si sentono rumori. Il bagno è grande e accogliente. La cucina ha delle attrezzature per preparare pasti semplici e c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Il letto è comodo. La comunicazione con il padrone di casa è stata ottima e veloce, è stato molto gentile accogliendo tutte le mie richieste. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato.

Luca é un host disponibile e flessibile con gli orari di check-in. L’appartamento corrisponde alle foto ma ci ha sorpreso l’ottima posizione, tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e la zona è piena di ristoranti ottimi. Nonostante siamo arrivati di sabato e la sera le vie si sono riempite di ragazzi, una volta saliti nella zona notte e chiuse le finestre abbiamo riposato tranquillamente, senza essere disturbati da nessun rumore. Consigliato per chi vuole girarsi Genova a piedi!

Fanny’s property was very comfortable and plenty of room for our group of four. The furnishings were beautiful and unique. Communication from check in to check out was professional and very friendly. The location was walkable and easy to get to the waterfront and a good selection of restaurants close by.
