Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Casa Rosita holidays was completely renovated in August 2016 consisting of 2 units split of about 40 square meters , furnished and equipped , a large outdoor space with garden furniture It is located at only 350 meters from the beach and the bus station , about 600 meters from the square of Mondello , where you'll find bars , restaurants, playground , clothing stores , boat rental etc . My accommodation is suitable for couples , lone adventurers and families ( with children ) .

Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.
