Vacation rentals with beach access in Mondello

We had a few wonderful days! The sea is so close that you can hear it from the property. Perfect beach holiday relaxing beach holiday. Giuseppe is totally straightforward and a very nice helpful host. We will be happy to come back!

My stay in May was smooth and pleasant. The terrace offered beautiful sunset views, and the great location—close to the beach—had the best balance of accessibility and natural beauty in the area. The building is on a quiet side street, which made it feel private and peaceful, it's still Italy though. A grocery store, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby. Apartment and stay overall met all my expectations, and I’d gladly return. Communication with the host was super fast and friendly.

Francesco and his wife were adorable, very welcoming and discreet. The accommodation is located in a perfect location on the beautiful Mondello beach. Everything is accessible on foot or by bus, with Palermo 15 minutes away. Francesco and his wife gave us a guided tour of the city. We warmly recommend this listing!

Everything was excellent! Emanuele took great care of us and even warned us about the insidious sea. The attic apartment is great and exactly as shown. Only with pricing should everything be better priced in. It was a surprise to pay for bed linen/terry cloth separately. I would always rate everything and work with weekly discounts. So clearly short = more expensive (legitimate). That fixed, it couldn't be better.

The apartment is highly recommended and the view from the balcony drinking coffee to the sea in the morning was simply a dream. The beach right outside the front door is great and not much visited. We will be happy to come back

Spacious and clean apartment with nice sea and mountain views. In October very quiet there. The hosts were super guest friendly and gave many tips. Close to the nice town of Castellamare del Golfo with a harbor (if you are early fresh fish directly on the quay) and many restaurants. Also nice beaches nearby. Palermo is an hour and Trapani and Erice is about half an hour. Also in Trapani here on the quay private sale of fish! Palermo is a crazy city with beautiful architecture. You must have visited! We had a wonderful week!

Flippo E Anna’s place is very nice. She and her husband are super hosts and provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. You can walk to the absolutely beautiful beach with fun restaurants/bars on the water in minutes. It is a really quick drive from Palermo airport too. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Amazing place with sea view. Very nice and responsive hotel. We even got treats for our arrival. Great location for visiting the area! Recommended!

We never lacked for anything staying here. We felt right at home! It was very spacious and comfortable, and the beach was only a 2 minute walk down the road. The sunsets are beautiful from the patio. They even included all beach amenities (umbrella, chairs, towels etc.). It was more than enough for our group of 4 and an infant. As a bonus, Irene’s mother left us delicious treats! It was a beautiful stay and we would definitely come again.

We had a great time at Filippo's place. Her apartment has a very authentic charm, the terrace has breathtaking views, and we were able to make delicious lemonade and pasta al limone with lemons from her garden! Filippo also gave us some great tips, like going to see the Caletta Sant'Elia 15 minutes away by car. A real and beautiful discovery! Thanks again!

Amazing and restful place. Beautiful garden, terrace. Stunning pool and private beach. The house is spacy and has all amenities. Roberto is a wonderful host, his welcoming was so warm. He was always responsive and recommended us very good places to enjoy ! Thank you again !

Apparently impeccably clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The sea view from the terrace is stunning. We would highly recommend. The owner gave us some good restaurant recommendations. Only small downside, the wifi does not work in the rooms which results for us French people in an additional cost on our phone bill. A dish towel would have been helpful. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They separated a part but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very nice. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop within 5 minutes. Thank you very much to Giada and her kind father.

Maia’s place is a beautiful sanctuary with lovely terraces and gardens right on the sea front. It’s a wonderful place to relax with great local restaurants which are also great value. Thankyou for a great week.

The apartment is very well planned, it is clean and fresh and is close to the beach, restaurant and shop. Valentina is a very kind host, she responds directly and arranged what one might need for the apartment. She also helped us with transportation from Porticello. The kitchen is new so there may be some equipment that is missing if you are very interested in cooking. But for basic needs a few days it works great! Thank you Valentina for your kind treatment! We really enjoyed your condo!! And that you arranged all our wishes regardless. We would gladly come back. :)

Leti's apartment was great. We had a private outdoor terrace/balcony where we watched the world go by when we weren't out ourselves. There is a plethora of restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped for the 2 dinners we made there, all with supplies from the grocery store down the street. The 2 separate washrooms were also very convenient with 4 of us staying there. We very much appreciated the coffee maker, which brewed American-style coffee. There was also an espresso machine Leti's apartment was a great spot from which to explore the strip in Modello and the surrounding area. Thanks very much, Leti!

The best part is the terrace with sea view. And the beach close by with a nice restaurant. Davide is a super responsive, friendly and helpful host. We appreciated the fresh fruits, biscuits and coffee on arrival, it makes you feel welcome. The only downside is that the appartment was and smelled a bit damp when we arrived. Maybe we were the first after the winter season. We solved it by keeping the door and window open for a while, the room freshner spray that we found and the good airconditioning system.

Had a lovely time 😀 Michelle was very helpful, replied immediately, shared great recommendations. And the location couldn't be better. Right in front of the sea in a really charming small city. Definitely the place for a calm vacation, sea, sun, great food and friendly people all around. Grazie!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful patio.

The apartment was extremely spacious! It was also impeccably clean! So many thoughtful amenities are included in every room. The microwave and washer/dryer is such a plus too. The large terrace had beautiful views of the sea, mountains and sunsets. Natale was always available to answer all our questions. Don’t just assume something doesn’t work. He will provide detailed instructions when you ask questions. Parking is free and we always found a close spot. This is something that you don’t take for granted if you know about parking in other towns nearby. Overall it has been our favorite place to stay in this area!

We had a great time! Maria Novella's place was perfect for our 3 Sicilian days. The accommodation is brand new, tastefully furnished, functional and very clean. Maria Novella was a perfect host, she gave us very detailed information and was always very responsive in answering our questions. The house is perfectly located to reach all the most interesting places in Western Sicily quickly, and the possibility of parking the car inside the courtyard is a huge plus. Ultimately, we recommend it to anyone!!

We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to have stayed longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and beautiful view. 300 meters to the beautiful beach. To the town with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!
