Absolutely lovely home , very responsive to messages, had an issue with the electrical gate it’s no one’s fault but they acted and responded so quickly. The only issue I had was with the pool not being open even though it’s listed in the title “ villa with pool “ and I searched air BnB using the great pool section . I was gutted because it did state in the more about section that the pool wasn’t open until may , I trusted that using the search with great pool would be enough but unfortunately It wasn’t, I did feel this was wrong listing a property with a pool and in the title but hiding the fact it wasn’t open in the click more section, this definitely needs changing.

We booked three nights at the Pool House and it was amazing. We were greeted by Clare upon arrival and she gave us a lovely tour of the accommodation. The accommodation has a lovely kitchen and a beautiful area to relax upstairs. The bedroom is spacious with amazing views of the village. Finally the pool area was great to relax around during the day. The accommodation is roughly a 10 min drive to Sidmouth and 20 min to Beer and other beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend the Pool House and we can't wait to visit again!

A lovely lodge in a small holiday park, the pool was an added bonus (outside and unheated but nice for a quick dip!)

We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

What a wonderful week! This villa provided a perfect blend of luxury and privacy for our family. Our two-year-old had an absolute blast with the pool and the thoughtfully equipped playroom, which made our holiday so much more relaxing. We loved waking up to the beautiful views each morning, and the inclusion of a rowing boat was a fantastic perk that we thoroughly enjoyed. The convenience of being a short 10-minute walk to Dittisham pier was excellent, allowing for easy boat excursions to Dartmouth and other lovely spots. A truly fantastic stay. We're so grateful for your hospitality and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you!

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

What a great house to stay in, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. It has everything that you could expect and more, plenty of space and stuff to keep children occupied

My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

We had such a wonderful short break, just what we needed after a manic few weeks. The location is beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. Pollyanna was a great host and provided so much helpful information for our stay to ensure we had the best time! We’ll be back soon!

A beautiful place in a perfect location next to the beach in Lyme Regis. Tristan was a great host and we would couldn’t recommend highly enough.

A Peaceful Countryside Retreat We had a lovely welcome on arrival, setting the tone for a perfect stay. The cottage is clean, tidy, and well-organized, with everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Surrounded by the heart of nature, the views are absolutely stunning. It’s quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!

Would definitely rebook. House was spacious and airy, clean and tidy. I would also rate it as having the most comfortable beds of any AB&B we have stayed in which really helps you enjoy yourself when you get up in the morning with no back complaints. Very important to us. Great location, less than 1/2 hr from both Bristol Town centre and Western Super Mare which were the two locations we were visiting.

We had a blast at Grenville House. It was definitely a unique experience! Plenty of room for children, adults and 3 dogs. A large family dinner table where we ate, worked, spoke and did arts and crafts. Rose was responsive via Airbnb and phone call. Thank you for having us!

Lovely accommodation whichever matched the description perfectly in a secluded area of the road with private parking. the house matched the photos exactly. Ideal walking distance to the seafront. Tim was informative and responsive over messages and made helpful suggestions for food. check in and out was a breeze. we will definitely be staying again on our next holiday down to lyme Regis.

Fantastic house, amenities, and location. Beautifully presented. Spotlessly clean. The Dutch Tub was unusual and fun. The games room added lots of fun too. Plenty of room and also very quiet and we felt completely in our own little world.

Had a wonderful stay at the house; decor was amazing, great attention to detail, couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation! Everyone loved the different spaces around the house, either to break off in smaller groups to catch up or hang out on their own. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the house had plenty of bathrooms for us all Felt really at ease, knowing the host was there if we needed something but allowing us to get on with our stay. Overall, plenty of us have saved the house for future stays and I already plan to recommend to family / friends looking for a large house! Thanks! :)

We stayed at this lovely house while attending my son’s wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased. The property was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was the perfect base for such a special occasion. During our stay, there was an unexpected issue when someone in the area damaged a local gas main. Despite this being entirely outside the host’s control, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us, even offering to contribute towards the cost when the gas services couldn’t fully resolve the problem. The host’s communication and support were exceptional throughout. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable stay with truly thoughtful hosting.

This is a beautiful house great space high spec decor great for adults and families private gardens highly recommend for a holiday the property has a proper bar which was great for our celebrations will definitely consider for future holidays
