paula's apartment is beautiful, very well taken care, very pleasant environment, quiet condominium, and close to the center, about five minutes, in addition to having a nearby steakhouse, good and with excellent price.

We had to go back the day before for personal reasons, but our stay was great. the apartment is exactly the same as the photos - very comfortable and spacious. The location is great, with good restaurants, a great bakery and several possibilities of walking tours. Pena that the pool was under maintenance, a fact that Carolina had already warned us before the trip. So everything was as expected.

Both Val and Bruno were very attentive. The apartment is very well equipped, extremely cozy and clean. Wide parking spaces. 24/7 front desk. Compliments only I recommend it!

Wonderful place! No words to describe my stay, the host responded extremely quickly and was very proactive. Impeccable accommodation, I found the place very clean and organized. The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! I recommend it!

Amazing week in an equally amazing location, everything very organized and clean. Our pets were also able to be at ease, as the space is all fenced in. And the hosts Luiza and Marcelo welcomed us very warmly and were always ready to answer our possible questions. I recommend it!!!

Larissa's house is a delight, very faithful to the photos, it is not a new house, but it is super cozy! We went with our family, 12 people, and it served us super well. The house is very close to the center, which makes it very easy if you need to buy something! We also took our pets, who loved the place! The fountain with drinking water is undoubtedly a plus, we enjoyed it a lot!! We spent the Easter holiday and would definitely come back!! Larissa is super nice and always ready to serve us!

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. We will return for sure and once again, me and my family, we thank you from the heart!

We really like to have the Carnival at the Teacara!!! pool always with warm water, spacious barbecue area, well distributed rooms, the suite is huge... equipped kitchen, has a very large room with 3 environments, living room with two sofas, TV room and two more sofas and the dining room. The table outside on the balcony is the place we have the most, as it gives a wider and more beautiful view of the farmhouse. Caseiro Alexandre super helpful!!! General We like it so much

Our stay at Lucia's was simply perfect! From the beginning, she was extremely helpful, always very communicative and with clear instructions for check-in, which made us super comfortable. The house is a real beautiful charm, impeccably clean, fragrant and with a welcoming energy that made us feel at home from the first moment. The place is super quiet and safe, we didn't even hear dogs barking! A true refuge of peace. We were delighted with the attention to detail: the house has absolutely everything a guest might need. It was a surprise to open the cabinets and find so many items thoughtfully designed by Lucia. It was a wonderful experience and we definitely want to go back. We recommend with eyes closed!

The house is great!!! Espaçosa, beautiful, was clean and well-equipped. The backyard is sensational, my puppy loved it! The place is peaceful , great for resting. Anderson is very friendly and has served us super well, from booking to Check-out. We look forward to returning soon!

I stayed on the holiday with my girlfriend, the apartment is super comfortable and complete, with a kitchen set and a wonderful living room. The coffee maker is the highlight of the space!! The host André is kindness itself, he welcomed us in the best way, we will definitely be back!!
