Accommodation exactly as advertised: cozy, spacious, practical, well located and with a beautiful view from the front door of the house and the balcony of the room. We served our family of six well. Kind and responsive host. Clean and pleasant pool, besides Vanúzia, and Lúcia, responsible for the delivery of the keys, or his Rogério and his wife, neighbors in the same condominium, made us feel comfortable ​​and comfortable. No doubt we'll go back here.

Perfect house, all very clean, close to the center (for walking), all decorated and cozy rooms. The house is very large, accommodates 13 people with great comfort. I went to Serra Negra several times and certainly this was the best option ever.

This house is wonderful! Everything was impeccable, super clean, organized and exactly like in the pictures. It was an amazing experience, we felt super at ease and we enjoyed every moment. We were in 5 people (including a 6-month-old baby) and a dog. The space is outstanding! We only catch hot days, but the house is very versatile, catering to days with or without rain, heat or cold. Beautiful, quiet, fully equipped place. Soraya was a great host, serving us very quickly and with accurate information. We feel really good. We would stay longer if we could. I would recommend it!

We had a great experience in our lodging with Paulo, besides being a great host,very receptive, adducado, was always available, The house is Great, extremely organized,mto clean, functional, ( there is everything that is used in a house) spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms! And the plus ,was that when the Scent of cleaning already welcomes you.. mtoo odirosa! Without counting the external area that tbm is complete , barbecue, pool.. mto well taken care of! I'll definitely indicate and I'll go back 🤗🙏🏻

The house is beautiful, spacious with garage for 2 cars, very wide. The pool is great, the part of the barbecue excellent. We took one day with rain and had awning around the barbecue that didn't stop us from enjoying! It is not in the center of the city but it is super close by car. There has AN APP other than Uber and Mr. Alberto was careful to leave a printed sheet with all the tips and instructions. The only point of attention is under the sink that has a very strong smell of mold. If you're out to cook every day, it may bother you. Another point that would make it more perfect the house would be per screen in the windows and doors, because, due to being near Mato there is a lot of fly. But super recommend!!!
