The apartment is on 4 floors, just above Kiwi and a restaurant. Buses within a few 100 meters to walk. Well-equipped kitchen, with large dishwasher. Has washing machine with drying facilities, drying rack, iron and otherwise everything you need. Possibility of air mattress in the living room for extra sleeping space . BBQ and patio furniture on the balcony. As well as a large shared rooftop terrace and outdoor area on the 1st floor. Working rotations, so have the opportunity to rent out the apartment for longer periods at a slightly lower daily price.

Possibility to park car on the property (free!), and the bus stops 1 min away. 10 min walk to Solsiden. The apartment is best suited for up to 4, but a 5th person can sleep on a mattress in the living room. Child-friendly. Spacious living room, partially screened kitchen, hall, toilet, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Laundry basement. No party/smoking! Longer stays possible.

Smart tv med netflix etc på stuen, soverommet har tv med appletv. 🚗 Parkeringsplass i oppvarmet P-Kjeller. Tog/buss fra flyplassen tar ca 30 min. 🛏️ Soveplasser, 2 på soverommet, mulighet for og sove på sofaen og en madrass på gulvet. 🌅 I nærområdet er det flere flotte steder å gå tur.

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

The basement apartment is bright and cosy, with approved escape window in bedrooms.Byåsveien is well trafficked, but indoors it is quiet. Apartment is located just outside the city center, about 35 minutes walk to the city and with very frequent bus departures from stop about 200 meters away. The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the nearest grocery and bus stop that takes you into the city center in 10 minutes. Both Lerkendal and NTNU Gløshaugen you can stroll to in 12-15 minutes (although public transport is also available). It is possible to dispose of one parking space.

Cozy apartment, centrally located in Lade

Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. 5 min walk to City Lade, grocery just outside and short way to train station ( train from Værnes stops here). Metro bus with departure every 10 minutes is just outside the door. The barn trail and beautiful Korsvika are also in the area, in addition to THE SEA arena where they have swimming area and sauna available for drop-in. EC-Dahl's arena is also just across the road.
