Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. We usually have a dog living with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

Possibility to park car on the property (free!), and the bus stops 1 min away. 10 min walk to Solsiden. The apartment is best suited for up to 4, but a 5th person can sleep on a mattress in the living room. Child-friendly. Spacious living room, partially screened kitchen, hall, toilet, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Laundry basement. No party/smoking! Longer stays possible.

Cozy apartment located in idyllic Havsteinbakken. 3 min walk to bus and tram stop that takes you straight to the city center in 15 min or to Marka and ski slopes in 10 min. The apartment has everything that you need for a delightful stay. A large double bed in bedroom that you can close the sliding doors and a large sofa bed , with extra soft mattresses. The apartment is great for both single, couple and a small family. The apartment has all kinds of dry goods and spices and such at the guests' disposal.

New apartment(2020) with balcony and free parking

Apartment of 40 sqm with kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms, as well as sofa bed in living room . It comes with a garage space for the apartment. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the shop and bus stop. The bus takes 15 minutes to town and runs every ten minutes during rush hours. The apartment has a porch with outdoor furniture + barbecue, and is covered with roof. Short distance to Estendstadmarka and Ikea, and the apartment is easy to get to from the E6.

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

Modern apartment in peaceful neighborhood Delicious kitchen, large living room and inviting bathroom. Big balcony with afternoon and evening sun. Beautiful Nidelven runs right by with a nice hiking trail along the shore. The apartment is located very centrally with walking distance to locations such as Trondheim Spektrum, NTNUU (Kalvskinnet, Øya and Gløshaugen), St Olavs Hospital, Nidaros Cathedral, Lerkendal and the city center.

This apartment is located less than 20 km from downtown Trondheim, it is located on a farm at the countryside. Close to the river Nidelva and hiking areas. The apartment is well suited for couples, those traveling alone and for small famlilies. It`s good to have your own car while staying here, beacause our apartment isn't so available by bus..
