Monthly Rentals in Modest Town

The house was beautiful, clean and easy to find. The area was quiet and peaceful. While the immediate area did not offer much to do other than visit the local restaurant, Chincoteague was only a 30 minute scenic drive away.

Great studio! Perfect for 2 people. Accommodations were exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings! We totally enjoyed our stay, the studio was perfect, very comfy . I was visiting family and was very familiar with the area. We cooked, grilled and rested after long days with family. Thank you Michael I will be back for sure!

Good place, nice and clean, well maintained as Airbnb type, freshly colored, several things to make place beautiful. Everything was there as described no surprises. I didn’t have to ask for anything during my stay, that made stay so much smooth.

It’s a snug cabin; very small. It has a great little library about the history of the region and fun sports stuff. The best thing is the large private outdoor shower with great water pressure facing the valley with woods and creek! The only negative is there is a neighbor on one side not far away.
