A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Wow, what an amazing stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the place. The location is fantastic, being so close to many cool food and entertainment, which made exploring the area super convenient. The host, Simon, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to assist us in finding the right places to visit and dine, making my trip even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area. I’d happily return in the future!

We stayed for couple of days. The place is clean and has been built with dedication. The furniture and other decorative items are amazing. The place is near the beach and market place makes everything accessible quickly. There were minor problems we faced once informed host vipin fix them immediately.

The first ever stay I booked on Airbnb and the standards have been set high now! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very artistic, peaceful, clean and spacious apartment. It had everything to make you feel at home! Sakil was very helpful. The stove had some problem but Sakil made sure that it was fixed, even though we told him it’s alright as it is. The society, the apartment, the entire experience was on point! Definitely recommending this place!!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Siolim! The place is spacious, well-designed, and has a perfect blend of modern comfort and Goan charm. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with all essentials, and the WiFi worked perfectly for both work and entertainment. Finding the place was easy. check in was smooth although we reached at 5.30 PM. All amenities are as mentioned in Airbnb. cleanliness is superb. overall experience was magnificent. Size of swimming pool should have been bigger. It would have been very nice if there could have been some person who could have made food in the kitchen or could have provided home cooked food for the guests as most of the nearby restaurants are very commercial.

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Entire place is well kept with utmost care. It's squeaky clean with attention to details. Carmens herself is a pleasing lady with adorning a beautiful smile always. She's wonderful to talk to. I'll recommend staying here if you're looking for nice quaint place to yourself away yet not so away from the hustle and bustle of north goa. It's a perfect balance of village with an quick accessiblity to town like amenities.

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

it was one of the best bnbs i have been to. sunaina is exceptionally friendly and understanding. i recommend the stay and interacting with her. it's been a very smooth one week and i would do it all over again. i have no questions about which bnb to book for goa the nect time :)

We had a pleasant stay! The caretaker was very helpful and responsive throughout. The location is great — it's quite central, making it easy to reach Baga, Calangute, Vagator, and other popular spots. The property was comfortable and matched the listing well. it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..
