Monthly Rentals in Midtown, Houston

Daniel's rental was very clean and in a nice area. If you opt for the parking garage addition, it may be a bit confusing to find as the GPS isn't obvious about where the entrance is. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and Daniel was a great host. Would definitely come again!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The place was convenient for work, restaurants, Buffalo Bayou park. And easy access to freeways. Joseph is very responsive and proactive. I would stay here again and I would greatly recommend it to friends and family.

Oh my goodness. Brian and Jennifer were two of the most outstanding and exceptional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They were so communicative, so helpful, and so kind that they played a huge part in the satisfaction of my overall trip. If I am ever in town again, I would hands down book with them again. If you’re reading this- booking with Brian and Jennifer is worth every single penny. These two deserve the world, and they set the bar HIGH for Airbnb.

This place was so clean, so cozy & the best location. And free covered parking!! Oh- and I felt so safe alone there!! You feel like you’re in a treehouse when you open all the blinds. The a/c worked so well, free coffee, comfy bed, good shower & tub. Walking distance to so many great restaurants & bars. And a cheap Uber ride to museums saves money on parking there- and front door service! And all this for such a great price. Major thank you!
