Monthly Rentals in Middletown

If you come to winchester VA this is the place you want to stay at. The ground floor appartement is absolutely marvellous and we felt like home right away. Jack is very proactive and was so helpful during some crazy winter days, always making sure we're well and taken good care of. The place itself is a little jewel and has everything you need for a short or even, like ours, a several weeks long stay. The kitchen is well equipped and you won't lack anything.

Great place to stay while visiting Shenandoah National Park. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Host also provided travel crib for our little one.

The house was easy to find right on route 11. Julie & Matt were very friendly and communicative. They allowed us to push back our check in because of snow. The driveway and walkway were plowed and shoveled for us before we arrived. We did have a little hiccup with the heat on our first night (it was a super cold spell), but I woke up to a message from Matt with his handyman ready to come take a look. It was easily fixed and they followed up later in the day to make sure! The house was great for our family of 5, the kids had the entire upstairs area and the kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary to cook at home! We loved the view out back of the mountains and cow pasture. Highly recommend!!

What a perfect get away spot, they have a great market within walking distance that had everything I needed for my stay since I like to cook most of my meals. but the market also had sandwiches and really good cookies and cakes! highly recommend. I will definitely be staying here again. will have to try one of the other cottages
