Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. Water sports, 10 minutes to the outlet, yet pure nature

It is a houseboat with a hull of 1929. At the time, a residential level was built on it, which I renovated and modernised in 2012. Since 2012 to 2019, I have lived permanently with my wife on the houseboat. Both in summer and winter, the natural environment gives special charms that make living by and on the water a unique experience. Within walking distance of the outlet and the old town of Roermond.
