Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. The holiday home is located in Asselt, right on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The property has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. On the upper floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bath, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.
